Franklin Park is a neighborhood located on the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio. Both the historic neighborhood and landmark, the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, are named after the 88-acre park.

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is a botanical garden and conservatory located in Columbus, Ohio. It is open daily and an admission fee is charged. Today, it is a horticultural and educational institution showcasing exotic plant collections, special exhibitions, and Dale Chihuly artworks. The conservatory contains more than 400 plant species. Biomes representing global climate zones include: Himalayan Mountains, Tropical Rainforest, Desert, and Pacific Island Water Garden. Additional plant collections include a Bonsai Courtyard, Showhouse with seasonal displays, orchids and tropical bonsai collections, and Palm House with more than 40 species of palms. The conservatory is set within the Franklin Park neighborhood, and surrounded by Franklin Park, the 88-acre city park of the same name. The conservatory was built in 1895 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. It was added to the new Columbus Near East Side District in 1978.

The East Broad Street Historic District in Columbus, Ohio is a historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The district includes the section of East Broad Street from Ohio Avenue on the west to Monypenny Street on the east. It includes lavish residences, some converted to offices.

The McClure-Nesbitt Motor Company is a historic automobile dealership in the South of Main neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 2017. The building, constructed in 1926, was designed in an elaborate Art Deco style by local architect Ray Sims. The McClure-Nesbitt Motor Company operated out of the building for the next four decades. The building became vacant in 1964, and cycled through ownerships, operating either as a dealership or car repair facility. In 2018, a nonprofit developer began converting the building to hold arts businesses and apartments.

East High School is a public high school located on the near east side of Columbus, Ohio at 1500 E. Broad Street. It is a part of Columbus City Schools. It was originally constructed in 1922. Renovation work at East High School was completed in December 2008. The work included restoring numerous skylights throughout the building, refinishing the solid woodwork and wrought iron railings, as well as installing energy-efficient lighting fixtures. The new capacity is 1032 students. Included in the renovation was the addition of a 34,000-square-foot (3,200 m2) gymnasium, which features three full-sized basketball courts and seating for 1850 spectators. The total construction cost was $28.2 million.

The Fair Avenue Elementary School is a historic school building in the Franklin Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The building contributes to the Columbus Near East Side District, on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in the Richardsonian Romanesque style in 1890, having been designed by prolific Columbus architect Frank Packard. The building, originally housing a school as part of the Columbus Public School District, currently houses one of three campuses of the A+ Arts Academy.

The Ohio Baptist General Association Headquarters is a historic building in the Woodland Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 2019 and the National Register of Historic Places in 2020. The house was built for Jerimiah Foley from 1904 to 1905. It remained residential until 1954, when the Ohio Baptist General Association (OBGA) purchased it to act as its headquarters. The association dedicated the building in October 1957, and fully converted it to offices by 1958. The OBGA ceased operations in the building in 1996, and is partnering in a restoration effort to preserve its historic features. The building, listed on the 2018 Columbus Landmarks' "Most Endangered" register, is planned to gain residential units as well as return to acting as the organization's headquarters.The Ohio Baptist General Association first moved into the neighboring 32 Parkwood Avenue in 1954. The building, an American Foursquare with bungalow elements, was constructed c. 1910. The association later acquired 40 Parkwood Avenue, a Midwest Modeern brick apartment building constructed in 1963. Both neighboring buildings were likewise marked on Columbus Landmarks' 2018 endangered properties list, but were demolished c. 2019–20.

The Broad-Brunson Place Condominiums is a set of condominium units in the Woodland Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The condominiums were listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1984

The Charles Frederick Myers house is a historic private residence in the Franklin Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The house was built in 1896 in an eclectic style. It was added to the Columbus Near East Side District (part of the National Register of Historic Places) in 1978, and the Bryden Road District (part of the Columbus Register of Historic Properties) in 1990.

Franklin Park Medical Center is a historic building in Woodland Park, Columbus, Ohio. It was built in 1962 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. It is significant for its Modernist architecture, one of few remaining commercial buildings in the style in Columbus, and has influences from Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie School.The building is also significant for its African American community history. The practice was founded by five doctors who were experiencing discrimination and segregation. Their combined efforts at Franklin Park Medical Center allowed them to be successful. The medical center operated until 2009. Columbus Landmarks supported an effort to nominate it to the National Register and restore it in 2015, led by a son of one of the five founding doctors.

The William H. Thomas Gallery, affectionately known as "The Gallery in the Hood," is one of the oldest, continuously operated, black-owned, independent art galleries in the United States. It is located in Olde Towne East, Columbus, Ohio. It was opened to the public in 1989 by curator and owner Chief Baba Shango Obadina and has since played an influential role in promoting the work and careers of local, black artists, including Queen Brooks, "Grandpa Smoky" Brown, Antoinette Savage, April Sunami, Barbara Chavous, MacArthur Fellow, and Aminah Robinson.
