Podenzano (Piacentino: Pudinsàn [pudiŋˈsaŋ]) is a comune in the Province of Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy. It is bordered by the following municipalities: Gossolengo, Piacenza, Pontenure, Rivergaro, San Giorgio Piacentino, Vigolzone. The patron saint is San Giovanni Bosco. The main parish church is San Germano e San Giovanni Bosco.

San Giorgio Piacentino borders the following municipalities: Carpaneto Piacentino, Gropparello, Podenzano, Ponte dell'Olio, Pontenure, Vigolzone.

Gossolengo (Piacentino: Uslëing [usˈləi̯g] or Urslëing) is a comune (municipality) in the province of Piacenza in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 150 kilometres (93 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southwest of Piacenza, in the valley of the Trebbia river. Gossolengo borders the following municipalities: Gazzola, Gragnano Trebbiense, Piacenza, Podenzano, Rivergaro. The area's economy is traditionally based on agriculture, thought the vicinity to Piacenza has boosted a considerable industrial and construction boom in recent times. The Etruscan artifact dubbed "Liver of Piacenza" was found in the nearby in 1877.

Gropparello (Piacentino: Gruparél) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Piacenza in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Piacenza. The territory of the municipality lies between 175 and 1,099 metres (574 and 3,606 ft) above sea level. The altimetric span is thus 924 metres (3,031 ft). Gropparello borders the following municipalities: Bettola, Carpaneto Piacentino, Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Morfasso, Ponte dell'Olio, San Giorgio Piacentino. Sights include the Castle of Montechino.

Pigazzano is a frazione of the comune of Travo (Province of Piacenza) in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 24 km southwest of Piacenza.

The Stadio Leonardo Garilli is a multi-use stadium in Piacenza, Italy. It is currently used mostly for football matches and the home of Piacenza Calcio 1919 and from 2014 also those of Pro Piacenza 1919. The stadium was built in 1969 and was renovated in 1993 passing from 12,000 to the current 21,668 when the former Piacenza were promoted. The Stadium used to be called 'Galleana' after the area of the city in which it is situated but currently named after Leonardo Garilli (died on 30 December 1996), to whom the city and fans are highly grateful because of his dedication and competence showed when he was the president of the former Piacenza.

Carpaneto Piacentino (Piacentino: Carpané) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Piacenza in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna, located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Piacenza. Sights include the Badagnano Castle and the Olmeto Castle, both located in the frazione of Badagnano.[1] Carpaneto Piacentino borders the following municipalities: Cadeo, Castell'Arquato, Fiorenzuola d'Arda, Gropparello, Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Pontenure, San Giorgio Piacentino.

Founded in 1939, Casalini is one of the oldest microcar producers in the world. The Cassalini production factory is located in Piacenza, Italy. The current line of Casalini microcars have bodies made of reinforced fiberglass plastic and feature a 635cc diesel engine produced by Mitsubishi, with 3.9 kW (5.3 PS).
