Breeze Song Gao (Chinese: 微風松高) is a shopping mall in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan that opened on 24 October 2014. Located within walking distance of Taipei City Hall metro station, Breeze Song Gao has a total floor area of 12,540 m2 (135,000 sq ft), with business floors ranging from four floors above ground to two floors below ground. Its target customer group is young people aged 16 to 30. There are 126 stores in the mall, with the first H&M store introduced in Taiwan. In 2019, the first Kura Sushi store in Xinyi District was introduced.

The CPC Building, also known as Chinese Petroleum Building (Chinese: 中油大樓) is a 23-storey, 99 m (325 ft) high-rise office building completed in 2002 and located in Xinyi Special District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building is owned by the CPC Corporation and serves as its corporate headquarters with a total floor area of 102,920.4 m2 (1,107,826 sq ft).

The Cathay Financial Center (Chinese: 國泰金融中心) is a 26-story, 105 metres (344 ft) skyscraper office building designed by Japanese architect Tokutoshi Torii and completed in 2002 in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building houses the corporate headquarters of Cathay Financial Holding.In 2017, Cathay Financial Center was awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) EBOM Gold Certification for Green Buildings. It is the first environmentally-friendly building in the existing buildings category for the life insurance industry in Taiwan.

The Walsin Lihwa Building, or Citibank Tower (Chinese: 華新麗華大樓; pinyin: Huá xīn lìhuá dàlóu), is a skyscraper office building located in Xinyi Special District, Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. Construction of the building began in 2006 and it was completed in 2009. The height of the building is 134 m (440 ft), the floor area is 77,824.15 m2 (837,692.2 sq ft), and it comprises 27 floors above ground, as well as five basement levels. The building was designed by LCRA Architects and it houses the headquarters of Citibank (Taiwan), as well as the New Zealand Commerce and Industry Office and the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei.

FEDS Xinyi A13 (Chinese: 遠百信義A13) is a shopping mall located in the Xinyi Planning District of Taipei, Taiwan that started trial operation on 25 December 2019 and officially opened on 19 January 2020. With a total floor area of 78,217 m2 (841,920 sq ft), it has 14 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground. Main core stores include Vieshow Cinemas, Lego Store Taipei (the first Lego certified store in Taiwan) and Apple Store Xinyi A13 (the second Apple Store in Taiwan). The mall's revenue in 2020 is around NT$3.8 billion. This is the 11th store of the Far Eastern Department Stores company.

The Fubon Xinyi A25 (Chinese: 富邦信義A25總部) is an under-construction skyscraper located in Xinyi Special District, Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. It will be the sixth-tallest building in Taiwan and the fourth-tallest in Xinyi Special District. Designed by Renzo Piano, the height of building is 266.3 m, the floor area is 132,362.85 m2 (1,424,741.9 sq ft), and it comprises 56 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels. It will be completed at the end of 2021 and the headquarter of Fubon Financial Holding Co.

The Cathay Landmark (Chinese: 國泰置地廣場; pinyin: Guótài Zhìdì Guǎngchǎng) is a skyscraper located in Xinyi Special District, Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is the eighth tallest building in Taiwan and the fourth tallest in Xinyi Special District. The height of the building is 212 m, the floor area is 152,488.6m2, and it comprises 46 floors above ground as well as 6 basement levels. The building was designed by Kris Yao. The shopping mall Breeze Xinyi occupies floors B2F through 4F and is operated by the Breeze Group.

The Tao Zhu Yin Yuan, also known as Agora Garden (Chinese: 陶朱隱園; pinyin: Táo zhū yǐn yuán), is a residential high-rise building located in Xinyi Special District, Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building has an architectural height of 93.2 m (306 ft) with 21 floors above ground and four basement levels, with a floor area of 42,335 m2 (455,690 sq ft). The tower was designed by the Belgian architect Vincent Callebaut and was completed in 2018. The building has received a LEED Gold energy label as well as a Diamond level awarded by the Low Carbon Building Alliance.

Xinyi District or Sinyi District is the seat of the Taipei City Government and Taipei City Council. The district includes Taipei 101, Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei World Trade Center, National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and various shopping malls and entertainment venues, making it the most cosmopolitan district of Taipei. Xinyi District is also considered the financial district of Taipei. The district is a prime shopping area in Taipei, anchored by a number of department stores and malls. In addition, numerous high-end restaurants are located in the area.

Chinatrust Financial Building, or Chinatrust Group Tower (Chinese: 中國信託松壽大樓), was a 22-storey, 279 ft (85 m) office building completed in 1996 and located in Xinyi Special District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building had a total floor area of 62,492 m2 (672,660 sq ft) with two basement levels. The building served as the corporate headquarters of the Taiwanese bank CTBC Financial Holding, before it was demolished in 2016 to make way for Taipei Sky Tower. CTBC Financial Holding's new corporate headquarters was then subsequently relocated to CTBC Financial Park in Nangang District.

The Sky Taipei (Chinese: 台北天空塔) is a skyscraper under construction in Taipei, Taiwan. Upon completion, it will be the third-tallest building in Taiwan and the second-tallest in Xinyi Special District and Taipei, and will house two luxury hotels by Hyatt: Andaz Taipei and Park Hyatt Taipei. The height of the building will be 280 m (920 ft) with a floor area of 87,464.32 m2, comprising 56 floors above ground as well as 5 basement levels. The planned completion date is the end of 2023.

British Office Taipei (traditional Chinese: 英國在台辦事處; simplified Chinese: 英国在台办事处; pinyin: Yīngguó Zài Tái Bànshì Chù; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Eng-kok chāi Tâi Pān-sū-chhù), formerly British Trade and Cultural Office (BTCO), is the representative office of the United Kingdom Government in Taiwan with a principal role to promote the British trade and investment interests. It functions as a de facto embassy in the absence of diplomatic relations between London and Taipei. Its Taiwanese counterpart in London is the Taipei Representative Office in the U.K.
