Sedrina

Brembilla was a comune in the province of Bergamo, in Lombardy, Italy. It was situated 15 km northwest of Bergamo. In 2014, the municipality of Gerosa was merged with Brembilla to create a new municipality, named Val Brembilla.

Val Brembilla (Bergamasque: Al Brembila) is a comune in the province of Bergamo, in Lombardy. It was established by the regional council on 4 February 2014 from the fusion of the comuni di Brembilla and Gerosa. A referendum to create this comune was held on 1 December 2013. The referendum was passed with 77% yes and 23% no votes. The first municipal elections were held on 25 May 2014.

As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,507 and an area of 12.3 square kilometres (4.7 sq mi).The municipality of Sorisole contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Petosino and Azzonica. Sorisole borders the following municipalities: Almè, Bergamo, Paladina, Ponteranica, Sedrina, Villa d'Almè, Zogno. Part of Sorisole's territory is part of Parco dei Colli di Bergamo and is crossed by river Quisa.
