Çakmak (Istanbul Metro)

A number of Weapons found in the Ergenekon investigation form a key part of the Ergenekon trials, prosecuting the Ergenekon organization. The Ergenekon investigation officially began after an anonymous tip led to the finding of 27 grenades in Ümraniye, a district of Istanbul. The serial numbers of these grenades matched those of grenades found in other locations and some used in terrorist attacks.

Since the M5 is an ATO line, protective gates on each side of the platform open only when a train is in the station. Ihlamurkuyu station was opened on 21 October 2018.

Yamanevler is an underground station of the M5 line of the Istanbul Metro in Üsküdar. It is located beneath Alemdağ Avenue in the Atatkent neighborhood of Ümraniye. Connection to IETT city buses is available from at street level. From its opening in December 2017 until October 2018, Yamanevler station was the eastern terminus of the M5 until the line was extended further to Çekmeköy. The station consists of an island platform with two tracks. Since the M5 is an ATO line, protective gates on each side of the platform open only when a train is in the station. Yamanevler station was opened on 15 December 2017, together with eight other stations from Üsküdar.

Ümraniye (pronounced [ymˈɾaːnije]) is a district of Istanbul. It was separated from Üsküdar in 1987. It is bordered by Çekmeköy to the northeast, Sancaktepe to the east, Ataşehir to the south, Üsküdar to the west and Beykoz to the northwest.

Haldun Alagaş Sports Hall (Turkish: Haldun Alagaş Spor Kompleksi) is an indoor arena located in Istanbul, Turkey. Opened in December 2000, the arena mostly hosts basketball and volleyball games. Connection to city buses is available at street level. The M5 line operates as fully automatic unattended train operation. The station consists of an island platform with two tracks. Since the M5 is an automatic train operation line, protective gates on each side of the platform open only when a train is in the station. Altınşehir station was opened on 21 October 2018.

Connection to IETT city buses is available from at street level. The station consists of an island platform with two tracks. Since the M5 is an ATO line, protective gates on each side of the platform open only when a train is in the station. Çarşı station was opened on 15 December 2017, together with eight other stations between Üsküdar and Yamanevler.A second platform for the under construction M12 line is expected to open in the 2020s.

Arboretum Island (Turkish: Arboretum Adası), aka Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanical Garden (Turkish: Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanik Bahçesi), is an arboretum located in Ümraniye district Istanbul Province, Turkey. Opened in 2002 to the public, it was named in honor of Nezhat Gökyiğit, spouse of Turkish businessman Nihat Gökyiğit. It contains about 50,000 plants in an area covering 32 ha (79 acres).

Fenerbahçe University or FBU for short, is a private university in Istanbul established by the relevant foundation of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club.
