The Cory House, constructed circa 1891, is one of the oldest private residences in College Park, Maryland. The house is an example of Queen Anne style architecture. The house is a registered Prince George's County Historic Site.

The Old Parish House, built in 1817, is a historic building in College Park, Maryland. The house is a registered Prince George's County Historic Site and is one of only two surviving buildings of the Riversdale estate. It is currently owned by the City of College Park and is used as a public meeting place and rented for special events.

Hebert Wells Ice Arena is a 600-seat plus ice arena in College Park, Maryland, USA. Herbert Wells Ice Rink is open for ice skating seasonally, from October through March. This ice skating facility includes the rink, an indoor warming room and party room, and a snack bar.

The Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) is a tennis training center and preparatory school in College Park, Maryland. Founded in 1999, JTCC trains junior, collegiate and professional tennis players. The center hosts United States Tennis Association (USTA) and International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior World Tour events, and serves as the training center for the University of Maryland's women's tennis team.The center has 17 outdoor courts and 15 indoor courts, including hardcourts, Har-Tru courts, and red clay courts.

College Park Airport (IATA: CGS, ICAO: KCGS, FAA LID: CGS) is a public airport located in the City of College Park, in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. It is the world's oldest continuously operated airport. The airport is located south of Paint Branch and Lake Artemesia, east of U.S. Route 1 and the College Park Metro/MARC station and west of Kenilworth Avenue.

Calvert Hills Historic District is a national historic district in College Park, Prince George's County, Maryland. It is roughly bounded on the north by Calvert Road, on the east by the Green Line metrorail corridor (the former Baltimore and Ohio Railroad right-of-way), on the south by the northern boundary of Riverdale Park, and on the west by Baltimore Avenue (US Route 1). It does not include Calvert Park on the southeast corner. Primarily a middle-class single-family residential neighborhood, it also includes some apartment houses as well as the College Park Post Office, a contributing property at 4815 Calvert Road.

College Park City Hall is the official seat of government of the City of College Park, Maryland. The City Hall houses the offices of the Mayor and those of the City Council of College Park as well as various city departments, agencies and boards/commissions. The current building, the second city hall since the city's incorporation in 1945, was completed in 2021 and played a key role in the revitalization of College Park's downtown. The premises combine municipal services, University of Maryland offices, retail space and a large public plaza.

The Joint Global Change Research Institute (JGCRI) is a research institute established in 2001 through a collaboration between the University of Maryland, College Park, and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. The primary objective of the institute is to employ interdisciplinary approaches in climate change research.

Old Byrd Stadium, also known as Byrd Stadium or Byrd Field and nicknamed "the Byrd Cage", was the home stadium for the University of Maryland from 1923 until 1947. It was located in College Park, Maryland, east of Baltimore Avenue on the site of the school's present-day fraternity row. The seating capacity for the stadium was 5,000.

College Park Academy (commonly CPA) is a college preparatory public charter school middle and high school located in the Discovery District of the University of Maryland, United States. The school was created by the city of College Park and the University of Maryland to provide a rigorous academic program focused on preparing students for the top Universities in the Country.

Lake Artemesia is a man-made lake in Prince George's County, Maryland, located within the Lake Artemesia Natural Area in College Park and Berwyn Heights. The lake covers an area of 38 acres (150,000 m2), and the surrounding natural area is administered by Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and includes aquatic gardens, fishing piers, and hiker-biker trails. The lake, located between Indian Creek and Paint Branch, was constructed during the late-1980s completion of the Washington Metro's Green Line, which runs alongside the lake. Sand and gravel were excavated from the site of a smaller lake and the surrounding area to construct the rail beds and parking lots for the College Park–University of Maryland and Greenbelt stations. Metro saved $10 million by sourcing the material locally and in return spent $8 million constructing the lake and natural area to repair the excavation damage. During the construction phase, signs identified the site as "Lake Metro." The park is named for Artemesia N. Drefs, who donated ten lots to the county for preservation as open space in 1972. The smaller lake that existed on the site, which was created in the mid-1800s when stone was quarried from the area for use on the B&O Railroad's Washington Branch line, was already named Lake Artemesia after Artemesia's mother and grandmother, who shared the same name. Drefs's father, Arthur, surveyed the land for his Lakeland development in the 1890s; according to Drefs, the pre-existing lake was originally used to raise goldfish, but was later stocked with bass.The 1.35 mile hiker-biker trail around the lake is part of the Anacostia Tributary Trail System and East Coast Greenway. The site of Lake Artemesia Park was once home to about one third of the Lakeland community, an African-American community which became part of College Park, Maryland in 1945.

Ritchie Coliseum is a multipurpose athletics facility and music venue at the University of Maryland. It served as the home arena for the Maryland Terrapins men's basketball team from 1931 to 1955, and for its gymnastics, wrestling, and volleyball teams until 2002. It is located on the east side of Baltimore Avenue in College Park, Maryland. The official seating capacity is 1,500.
