Lake Artemesia

Lakeland High School was a high school for black children located in the Lakeland community of Prince George's County, Maryland, United States, now a part of College Park. It was the second high school for black children in the county. It ceased being used for educational purposes in 1983. As of 2012, the building was being used as a church.

The Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) is a tennis training center and preparatory school in College Park, Maryland. Founded in 1999, JTCC trains junior, collegiate and professional tennis players. The center hosts United States Tennis Association (USTA) and International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior World Tour events, and serves as the training center for the University of Maryland's women's tennis team.The center has 17 outdoor courts and 15 indoor courts, including hardcourts, Har-Tru courts, and red clay courts.

Paint Branch is a 17.0-mile-long (27.4 km) tributary stream of the Anacostia River that flows Southeastwards through Montgomery County and Prince George's County, Maryland. Specifically, its primary tributary is of the Northeast Branch, which flows to the Anacostia River, Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay. The beginning elevation of the stream is 480 feet above sea level and it subsequently drops to 30 feet when its flows meet the Indian Creek in College Park, Maryland.The headwaters of Paint Branch are located near Spencerville (about 11.5 miles (18.5 km) north of Washington, D.C.) and the stream flows south for 14 miles (23 km) to its confluence with the Northeast Branch. The watershed area is 20.8 square miles (54 km2) and includes portions of the communities of Spencerville, Cloverly, Fairland, Colesville, White Oak and College Park, Maryland.

The Cory House, constructed circa 1891, is one of the oldest private residences in College Park, Maryland. The house is an example of Queen Anne style architecture. The house is a registered Prince George's County Historic Site.

College Park–University of Maryland station is a Washington Metro station in Prince George's County, Maryland, on the Green Line. It also serves MARC's Camden Line, though only select trains stop at the station. The station is located in College Park near the University of Maryland, College Park, with entrances at the intersection of Calvert Road and Bowdoin Avenue, and near the intersection of Paint Branch Parkway and River Road. It adjoins the headquarters of the American Physical Society and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This station is planned to be served by the light rail Purple Line, under construction as of 2023.

Hebert Wells Ice Arena is a 600-seat plus ice arena in College Park, Maryland, USA. Herbert Wells Ice Rink is open for ice skating seasonally, from October through March. This ice skating facility includes the rink, an indoor warming room and party room, and a snack bar.

The Old Parish House, built in 1817, is a historic building in College Park, Maryland. The house is a registered Prince George's County Historic Site and is one of only two surviving buildings of the Riversdale estate. It is currently owned by the City of College Park and is used as a public meeting place and rented for special events.

The O'Dea House, is a historic home located in Berwyn Heights, Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. The house was built in 1888 from a pattern book design and is a 2+1⁄2-story frame Queen Anne-style dwelling. Most notable of its features is the three-story octagonal tower and varied ornamental surface coverings.The O'Dea House is significant for its association with the development of Berwyn Heights, originally Charlton Heights, an early streetcar suburb of Washington, D.C. and for its architectural character. Beginning in the 1870s, the area northeast of Washington was the scene of active and continuous development as the population of the city increased and railroad suburbs such as Berwyn Heights gradually grew and expanded around it. The O'Dea House is one of the houses erected by the Charlton Heights Improvement Company to spur development of its new community. In typical fashion, these company-built houses were often mail order or pattern book houses. The pattern for the O'Dea House is from an 1888 published design by Robert W. Shoppell.The O'Dea House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. It was sold in 1939 to Lawrence and Alice O'Dea, and bears their name.

Berwyn Heights is a town in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 3,345. It is bordered by College Park to the west, Greenbelt to the northeast, and Riverdale Park to the south.
