Granogue is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Granogue is located along Smiths Bridge Road, west of the Brandywine Creek and south of the Pennsylvania border.

Beaver Valley (formerly known as Chandler's Hollow) straddles the Pennsylvania and Delaware border in Delaware County, PA and New Castle County, DE. In 2012, The Woodlawn Trustees submitted development plans to Concord Township Supervisors in Delaware County for the purpose of constructing approximately 500 housing units and a 225,000 square foot national retail store, all of which would adjoin the First State National Historical Park in Chadds Ford Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania and New Castle County, Delaware.

Twaddell's Mill and House, also known as the Great Bend of the Brandywine and Big Bend, is an historic, American home and mill complex that is located in Chadds Ford Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The property includes the main house, the foundation and part of the walls of a sawmill, a root cellar, an ice house, and a spring house, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

John Carney Agricultural Complex is a historic farm complex located at Greenville, New Castle County, Delaware. The complex includes three contributing buildings and four contributing structures. Since 1997, it has been part of Brandywine Creek State Park, although it is not open to the public. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

The William Hicklen House is a historic house at 502 Beaver Valley Road in Talleyville, Delaware. The house is a rare 18th-century plank-frame house, built by an early settler of the area. A stone wing was added to the house prior to 1800, and it was further enlarged in the 19th century.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The stream flows for several miles through Brandywine Creek State Park and part of First State National Historical Park before feeding the larger Brandywine Creek. Rocky Run itself is fed by Hurricane Run, also located in Brandywine Creek State Park.

Centre Meeting and Schoolhouse, also known as Centre Meeting of Religious Society of Friends, is a historic Quaker meeting house and school located on Center Meeting Road in Centerville, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1796 and is rectangular brick building with pitched roof and brick chimney at either end. Sheds are attached to the east and west sides. The school house was built by the Friends for their children and those of the community. It is square with a pitched roof and a lunette in the gable toward the west.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
