Atakule is a 125 m (410 feet) high communications and observation tower located in the Çankaya district of central Ankara, Turkey, and is one of the primary landmarks of the city. As the district of Çankaya is itself on a hill, the tower can be spotted from almost anywhere in the city during clear days. The tower's design came from architect Ragıp Buluç and the construction works lasted from 1987 to 1989. The top section of the tower houses an open terrace and a revolving restaurant named Sevilla, which makes a full 360 degree rotation in one hour. On top of Sevilla is another restaurant, Dome, which is non-revolving and located directly under the cupola. Under the terrace is a café, named UFO. The bottom structures house a shopping mall and several indoor and outdoor restaurants. The tower was opened on 13 October 1989 by President Turgut Özal. Due to the ongoing rebuilding of the shopping mall, the tower is now closed to visitors. In Turkish, the word ata means "ancestor" (or "father" in Old Turkic), which is often used as a nickname (Ata) for Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first President of the Republic of Turkey; while the Turkish word kule means "tower".

The THF Sport Hall (Turkish: THF Spor Salonu) is an indoor arena for handball matches located in Ankara, Turkey. It is situated within the THF complex. The venue, having a seating capacity of 2,700, was opened in 2012.

Indonesia also has a consulate general in Istanbul.The first Indonesian ambassador to Turkey was Subiyakto (1959–1964). The embassy opened a year earlier in 1958 with Baharsjah as Chargés d'affaires. The current ambassador, Lalu Muhammad Iqbal, was appointed by President Joko Widodo on 7 January 2019.

Atatürk Museum Mansion (Turkish: Atatürk Müze Köşkü) is a historic house museum in Ankara, Turkey. It was the residence of President Mustafa Kemal Atatürk between 1921 and 1932, during the early years of the Republic. The museum is situated on Çankaya St. within the Çankaya Campus. It is situated right beside the Çankaya Mansion.

The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Ankara is the diplomatic mission of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Republic of Turkey. Pembe Köşk (Pink Villa) is an Ottoman-era house in the Çankaya district of Ankara, Turkey, which is the city's oldest villa and was the home of Turkish President İsmet İnönü from 1925 to 1973.İnönü purchased the villa in 1924 and it was used for strategic meetings by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, as well as concerts, gallery openings, pool and chess tournaments and the city's first ball, on February 22, 1927. The building now houses a museum of İnönü's personal belongings and diplomatic photographs which is occasionally opened to the public.

The Dutch ambassador in Ankara is the official representative of the Government in The Hague to the Government of Turkey.

The Saudi ambassador in Ankara is the official representative of the Government in Riyadh to the Government of Turkey, concurrently he is accredited to Baku (Azerbaijan).
