The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Ankara is the diplomatic mission of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Republic of Turkey. It is located at Doğukent Bulvarı, 596.Sok No:5, Sancak Mah., Çankaya, Ankara. His Excellency Saeed Thani Hareb Al Dhaheri is the current ambassador, a post held since December 2021.

Ankara's first electoral district is one of three divisions of Ankara province for the purpose of elections to Grand National Assembly of Turkey. It elects sixteen members of parliament (deputies) to represent the district for a five-year term by the D'Hondt method, a party-list proportional representation system.

The Embassy of the Philippines in Ankara is the diplomatic mission of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Türkiye (Turkey). Opened in 1991, it is located in the Kazım Özalp neighborhood of the Çankaya District in central Ankara, near the Atatürk Museum Mansion and the Çankaya Mansion.

The Embassy of Japan in Ankara (Japanese: 在トルコ日本国大使館; Turkish: Japonya'nın Ankara Büyükelçiliği) is the diplomatic mission of Japan to Turkey. SUZUKI Kazuhiro has been the current ambassador since October 2020. The embassy was opened on 4 July 1953.

Iraqi–Turkish relations are foreign relations between Iraq and Turkey. From late 2011 relations between the two countries have undergone strained turbulence. The two countries share a close historical and cultural heritage. Turkey has an embassy in Baghdad, and a consulate general in Mosul, Basra and Erbil. While Iraq has embassy in Ankara and consulate general in Istanbul and Gaziantep. The ambassador of Iraq in Ankara, Turkey, is Mr. Abdul Amir Kamil Abi Tabikh, who has been the representative of Iraq since 5 March 2009. The Iraqi mission in Turkey includes a defense attaché and commerce office in Ankara, and a general consulate in Istanbul. The Ambassador of Turkey in Baghdad, Iraq, is Derya Kanbay, who has been in office since 20 January 2007. The Turkish Embassy in Baghdad also possesses a commerce office.

Pembe Köşk (Pink Villa) is an Ottoman-era house in the Çankaya district of Ankara, Turkey, which is the city's oldest villa and was the home of Turkish President İsmet İnönü from 1925 to 1973.İnönü purchased the villa in 1924 and it was used for strategic meetings by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, as well as concerts, gallery openings, pool and chess tournaments and the city's first ball, on February 22, 1927. The building now houses a museum of İnönü's personal belongings and diplomatic photographs which is occasionally opened to the public.

The Saudi ambassador in Ankara is the official representative of the Government in Riyadh to the Government of Turkey, concurrently he is accredited to Baku (Azerbaijan).

Atakule is a 125 m (410 feet) high communications and observation tower located in the Çankaya district of central Ankara, Turkey, and is one of the primary landmarks of the city. As the district of Çankaya is itself on a hill, the tower can be spotted from almost anywhere in the city during clear days. The tower's design came from architect Ragıp Buluç and the construction works lasted from 1987 to 1989. The top section of the tower houses an open terrace and a revolving restaurant named Sevilla, which makes a full 360 degree rotation in one hour. On top of Sevilla is another restaurant, Dome, which is non-revolving and located directly under the cupola. Under the terrace is a café, named UFO. The bottom structures house a shopping mall and several indoor and outdoor restaurants. The tower was opened on 13 October 1989 by President Turgut Özal. Due to the ongoing rebuilding of the shopping mall, the tower is now closed to visitors. In Turkish, the word ata means "ancestor" (or "father" in Old Turkic), which is often used as a nickname (Ata) for Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first President of the Republic of Turkey; while the Turkish word kule means "tower".

The Embassy of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in Turkey (Turkish: Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti'nin Ankara Büyükelçiliği) is the TRNC's only official embassy abroad as Turkey is the only nation thus far to recognize the TRNC as an independent state. TRNC has representative offices in other countries with semi-diplomatic status. This embassy was established in late 1983 shortly after Turkey signed a treaty with the TRNC recognizing the November 15 1983 Declaration of Independence of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The embassy itself is located in the Ankara suburb of Gaziosmanpaşa (not to be confused by the Istanbul suburb of the same name). The internationally recognized government of the Republic of Cyprus (de facto the Greek Cypriot south of the island) has no diplomatic relations with Turkey as the government of Turkey does not recognize the legitimacy of the Republic of Cyprus. Fazıl Can Korkut was appointed as the TRNC's ambassador to Turkey in November 2014.

Gaziosmanpaşa is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Çankaya, Ankara Province, Turkey. Its population is 3,621 (2022). It is just south of the city center of Ankara. Several embassies accredited to the Republic of Turkey are situated here.

Ankara Milli Piyango Anadolu Lisesi is an Anatolian High School in Ankara, founded by the Turkish National Lottery Administration (Millî Piyango İdaresi) and given to the Turkish Ministry of Education in 1992. The school is located in the upscale district of Ankara called Gaziosmanpaşa. With the help of its location and the newer building (at 1992), the school very quickly became one of the best Anatolian High Schools in Ankara. In the following years, MPAL students showed distinctive performance in ÖSS (University Entrance Exam), which provided a popularity boost to school. Because of the successful ÖSS performance of the school, most of the students who show better performance in the OKS (High School Entrance Exam) choose MPAL for their high school education in Ankara.

The Swiss ambassador in Ankara is the official representative of the Government in Bern to the Government of Turkey.
