Chuen Lung

The Cairnhill (Chinese: 朗逸峯) is a private housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Being one of the estates built on many d level of the hill of Route Twisk (Another one is The Cliveden), it consists of 16 low-density blocks divided into 2 phases and completed in 2004 and 2005 respectively, offering a total of 770 units. It was jointly developed by Cheung Kong Holdings, Sino Land and K. Wah International.

The Cliveden (Chinese: 寶雲匯) is a private housing estate in mid-level of Route Twisk, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, next to The Cairnhill. It was jointly developed by Kerry Properties and Sino Land in 2002. It comprises 9 residential towers of 10 storeys with a total of 210 units.

Tsuen Wan Centre (Chinese: 荃灣中心) is one of the largest private housing estates in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located at Tsuen King Circuit. It consists of 19 high-rise buildings, with their names of a number of Chinese cities, and a shopping arcade. It was divided into 3 phases which were completed between 1980 and 1982, and was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Allway Gardens (Chinese: 荃威花園) is the earliest and one of the largest-scale private housing estates located in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was developed by Hopewell Holdings. It is located on Tsuen King Circuit, a hilltop at the west of Tsuen Wan. It comprises 3,423 flats in sixteen towers in four phases, completed between 1978 and 1981.

Tsuen King Garden (Chinese: 荃景花園) is one of the largest private housing estates in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located at Tsuen King Circuit. It comprises 12 high-rise buildings into 2 phases which were completed between 1987 and 1988, and was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

The Yuen Yuen Institute (Chinese: 圓玄學院; Jyutping: jyun4 jyun4 hok6 jyun2) is a Taoist temple in Lo Wai, Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong.

Chai Wan Kok (Chinese: 柴灣角) is an area in Tsuen Wan of Hong Kong. It is located at the west end of Tsuen Wan Town. While its southeast is industrial area, its hilly northeast and coastal southwest are residential. It is on the main access between Tuen Mun and Tsuen Wan. according to the book: honh kong monuments ( < 香港文物 > ) published in 1991 by hong kong regional council, there were antiques traced back to around five thousand years, there were also antiques traced back to western han dynasty and eastern han dynasty.

D•Park (Chinese: 愉景新城), formerly and still commonly known as Discovery Park, is a residential development in Hong Kong, located at 398 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan in the New Territories. The whole estate including the residential flats and the shopping centre spans over 2,700,000 square feet (250,000 m2). Its developer is Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and New World Development Company Limited is responsible for the management of the shopping centre.

The New Territories is one of the three main regions of Hong Kong, alongside Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon Peninsula. It makes up 86.2% of Hong Kong's territory, and contains around half of the population of Hong Kong. Historically, it is the region described in the Convention for the Extension of Hong Kong Territory. According to that treaty, the territories comprise the mainland area north of Boundary Street on the Kowloon Peninsula and south of the Sham Chun River (which is the border between Hong Kong and Mainland China), as well as over 200 outlying islands, including Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau in the territory of HK. Later, after New Kowloon was defined from the area between the Boundary Street and the Kowloon Ranges spanned from Lai Chi Kok to Lei Yue Mun, and the extension of the urban areas of Kowloon, New Kowloon was gradually urbanised and absorbed into Kowloon. The New Territories now comprises only the mainland north of the Kowloon Ranges and south of the Sham Chun River, as well as the Outlying Islands. It comprises an area of 952 km2 (368 sq mi). Nevertheless, New Kowloon has remained statutorily part of the New Territories instead of Kowloon. The New Territories were leased from Qing China by the United Kingdom in 1898 for 99 years in the Second Convention of Peking (The Convention for the Extension of Hong Kong Territory). Upon the expiry of the lease, sovereignty was transferred to the People's Republic of China in 1997, together with the Qing-ceded territories of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula. In 2011, the population of the New Territories was recorded at 3,691,093. with a population density of 3,801 per square kilometer (9,845 per square mile).

CDW Building (Chinese: 中染大廈) is located at 388 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, and is wholly owned by HKR International Ltd. It was built in 1982 as an industrial building. Across the years, CDW Building underwent a number of refurbishment works. At present, the building comprises an office tower and a shopping mall named 8½ shopping mall, with total GFA of approximately 90,600 square metres.

Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Tsuen Wan (Chinese: 香港港安醫院–荃灣), previously known as Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital, is one of two Seventh-day Adventist hospitals in Hong Kong, the other being Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road. It is a private sector hospital, and is located in the New Territories. It provides a very wide range of services. Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital is subject to international healthcare accreditation - for many years it has been surveyed and accredited by the UK's QHA Trent Accreditation, and more recently it has also been assessed by Joint Commission International from the US, although as of 2010 not any more.

Ma Sim Pai (Chinese: 馬閃排) is a village in Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong.
