Discovery Park (Hong Kong)

CDW Building (Chinese: 中染大廈) is located at 388 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, and is wholly owned by HKR International Ltd. It was built in 1982 as an industrial building. Across the years, CDW Building underwent a number of refurbishment works. At present, the building comprises an office tower and a shopping mall named 8½ shopping mall, with total GFA of approximately 90,600 square metres.

The Mills (Chinese: 南豐紗廠), formerly known as Nang Fung Cotton Mills, located at No. 45 Pak Tin Par Street, Chai Wan Kok, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, was founded in 1954 by Chen Din Hwa, known as the "King of Cotton Yarn", founder of Nan Fung Group. The total floor area is 24,500 square meters, making it the highest producing textile factory in Hong Kong at the time. Subsequently, Unit 1 to Unit 3 were dismantled after the filming of the fire scene in the 1997 Hong Kong film Lifeline and became the private residential estate Summit Terrace, while Unit 4 to Unit 6 ceased operation in 2008 and were converted into warehouses. In 2014, Nan Fung Cotton Mills began revitalization works, and after completion of the project on December 6, 2018, it opened with spaces for work, a textile cultural and arts center, retail areas, and recreational spaces.

Fuk Loi Estate (Chinese: 福來邨) is a public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located at the reclaimed land along Castle Peak Road and opposite to Nan Fung Centre, Tsuen Kam Centre and Discovery Park. It has 9 residential buildings completed between 1963 and 1967, and it is the oldest existing public housing estate in Tsuen Wan District.The original Tsuen Wan Public Library occupied the ground floor of Wing Hong House. It was the first public library in the New Territories.

Tsuen King Garden (Chinese: 荃景花園) is one of the largest private housing estates in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located at Tsuen King Circuit. It comprises 12 high-rise buildings into 2 phases which were completed between 1987 and 1988, and was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Moon Lok Dai Ha (Chinese: 滿樂大廈) is a public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong located at the reclaimed land between Sha Tsui Road and Hoi Pa Street and near Fuk Loi Estate. It comprises four blocks of 11-storey buildings built in 1964 and 1965 by Hong Kong Housing Society, offering a total of 968 units.

Tsuen Wan Public Library (Chinese: 荃灣公共圖書館) is located in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Opened in 1993, it is one of the major libraries of the Hong Kong Public Libraries system.

Tsuen Wan Government Secondary School (TWGSS; Chinese: 荃灣官立中學 or 荃官 in short) is an English-language (EMI) co-education secondary school located at 70 Hoi Pa Street, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. The school building consists of the hall, the laboratory wing, the classroom wing, and the new wing (completed in 2003). Ms. Tang Suk Ching is the current principal of the school, beginning her term in September 2016.

Tsuen Wan Centre (Chinese: 荃灣中心) is one of the largest private housing estates in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located at Tsuen King Circuit. It consists of 19 high-rise buildings, with their names of a number of Chinese cities, and a shopping arcade. It was divided into 3 phases which were completed between 1980 and 1982, and was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Allway Gardens (Chinese: 荃威花園) is the earliest and one of the largest-scale private housing estates located in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was developed by Hopewell Holdings. It is located on Tsuen King Circuit, a hilltop at the west of Tsuen Wan. It comprises 3,423 flats in sixteen towers in four phases, completed between 1978 and 1981.

Nan Fung Centre (Chinese: 南豐中心) is a commercial and shopping centre in Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located nearby the MTR Tsuen Wan station and a bus terminus at its ground floor. It was developed by Nan Fung Group in 1983 and it is one of the earliest large-scale commercial centres in the district.

Tsuen Wan New Town is a new town in Hong Kong. It spans Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung and the eastern part of Tsing Yi Island. Traditionally, the administrative officials of Tsuen Wan managed the area of Tsuen Wan proper, Kwai Chung, Tsing Yi Island, Ma Wan and Northeast Lantau Island. Its total development area is about 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi). The population of the new town is approximately 801,800, with the planned capacity being 845,000.Development of the Tsuen Wan satellite town commenced in the 1950s, along with Kwun Tong satellite town. In 1961, the government of Hong Kong decided to expand the satellite town into neighbouring Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi, and Tsuen Wan New Town was established as the first new town in Hong Kong. In 1982, the Tsuen Wan District was created under the District Administration Scheme. In 1985, with the explosion of population in the new town, Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi were spun off to form the new Kwai Tsing District. Thus, the town is now under two administrative districts. In some recent official reports, Kwai Chung New Town and Tsing Yi New Town are separated from Tsuen Wan New Town.Despite being a part of the New Territories, the town is also considered a part of the Hong Kong metro area by the Planning Department and Urban Renewal Authority. Along with Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, it is the only area in the New Territories classified as the core urban area of Hong Kong. Part of this is because the town was developed early and is not geographically separated from Kowloon by hills. Also, there are no New Territories taxis service within most parts of the town, unlike other new towns in the New Territories.

Tsuen Wan Town Hall is a town hall in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Originally it was intended to be located near Tsuen Wan station of the MTR, but it was re-located near the former Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier and Tsuen Wan Magistracy, between Tai Ho Road and Yuen Tun Circuit in late 1970s. The town hall was completed in 1980.
