The Melbourne Steam Traction Engine Club (MSTEC) is volunteer club in Scoresby, Victoria, Australia, dedicated to the preservation, conservation, and restoration of industrial heritage, particularly machinery. The club's activities take place on the site of the National Steam Centre where there is a collection of Mobile Steam, Stationary Steam Engines, Stationary IC Engines, Diesel engines, Diesel Generator sets, Tractors and other mobile machinery. There's also a library, an archive, and a miniature railway that circles the site.

Wheelers Hill is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 23 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Monash local government area. Wheelers Hill recorded a population of 20,652 at the 2021 census.At 152m above sea level it includes one of the highest points in metropolitan Melbourne.

The State Basketball Centre is a sports arena located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia which is mainly used for basketball. However, the centre has been used for several other events. The stadium features six courts, including one basketball show court with seating for 3,200. Facilities cater primarily for basketball, with five courts being able to be configured for netball. The stadium houses the offices of Basketball Australia, Basketball Victoria, Knox Basketball Incorporated, South East Melbourne Phoenix and hosts WNBL games for the Southside Flyers and Melbourne Boomers. The stadium also hosts a select number of Phoenix home games each NBL season. In March 2021, the State Basketball Centre hosted four games as part of the NBL Cup.In September 2022, the State Basketball Centre hosted the NBL1 National Finals.

The City of Knox is a local government area in Victoria, Australia in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It has an area of 114 square kilometres (44.0 sq mi) and in 2020, Knox had a population of 165,147. This municipality is one of only a handful that survived the widespread municipal amalgamations that occurred in Victoria in the early 1990s.

Waverley Christian College is a co-educational independent Christian school with two campuses – Wantirna South and Narre Warren South. The College offers Christian education to pre-school, primary, and secondary students. Originally established in 1978 as Parkmore Full Gospel College by Parkmore Full Gospel Church, the church and school merged with Waverley Christian Fellowship (now CityLife Church) in 1983. The College moved to its present site in Wantirna South in 1989.

Caribbean Gardens was a 100-acre (40 ha) market, gardens and amusement park located in the outer eastern suburb of Scoresby in Melbourne, Australia, on the north/west side of Caribbean Lake, a large 1.2 km (0.75 mi)-long artificial lake along the northern (right) bank of Corhanwarrabul Creek, a major tributary of Dandenong Creek. Caribbean Gardens and Market operated from 1965 when it started with water ski shows and a handful of traders selling wares from their car boots. What once was "a handful of traders" grew into a bustling undercover market with over 1000 stall sites. It was known as one of the largest markets in Victoria, occupying a 10,500 m2 (2.6-acre) pavilion. On the 1 July 2020, it was announced that the park would close permanently, after COVID-19 lockdowns forced a temporary closure which greatly affected the park financially. Despite the closure, Caribbean Market supporters called for the "institution" to be saved. After the official announcement, the Caribbean Market Facebook page attracted over 5000 comments in support.The Spooner family subsequently announced plans to expand and transform the mostly defunct market into a business park that would "become the largest office precinct outside of the CBD". The comprehensive masterplan of the new "Caribbean Park" involved new office buildings, expansive lakeside parklands, integrated landscaping, new retail areas, lifestyle facilities, and a Hyatt Place hotel, with the aim of adding a minimum of 10,000 new trees within the parklands every year.

Wantirna South is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 25 km east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Knox local government area. Wantirna South recorded a population of 20,754 at the 2021 census. 5 Wantirna South is a border suburb to City of Whitehorse and City of Monash.

Harvest Bible College was the first Pentecostal theological college accredited by the Australian government. In 2018 it merged with Alphacrucis College.It was a private tertiary education provider, accredited by the Australian government, specialising in training for Christian ministry. It was non-denominational and Pentecostal in its theology and ethos.

Waverley Park (also and originally called VFL Park) was an Australian rules football stadium in Mulgrave, Victoria, Australia. For most of its history, its purpose was as a neutral venue and used by all Victorian-based Victorian Football League/Australian Football League clubs. During the 1990s it became the home ground of both the Hawthorn and St Kilda football clubs. It ceased to be used for AFL games from the 2000 season following the opening of Docklands Stadium. It is currently used as a training venue by Hawthorn. The main grandstand and oval are listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. The seating capacity is now 6,000, down from a peak of 72,000–90,000.
