The Kelsey City City Hall (also known as the Lake Park Town Hall) is a historic site in Lake Park, Florida. It is located at 535 Park Avenue. On September 3, 1981, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Due to the location of its eastern boundary, it is also the easternmost municipality in the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,012,331 people in 2015. In the 2020 U.S. Census, the total population of Riviera Beach residents was 37,604 people.Riviera Beach is predominantly an African-American city and it is on the list of U.S. cities with African American majority populations. It is home to the Port of Palm Beach and a United States Coast Guard station, and has its own marina. Riviera Beach is home to Blue Heron Bridge, one of the country's top-rated beach dive sites. In 2015, Riviera Beach renamed part of Old Dixie Highway that runs inside the city limits as President Barack Obama Highway. The city is also home to Rapids Water Park, a water park attraction for both tourists and residents.

Suncoast Community High School (abbreviated SHS) is a public magnet high school (grades 9–12) in Riviera Beach, Florida. The school's campus was built in 1955 as Riviera Beach High School. It was desegregated in the 1960s and renamed in 1970. It became a magnet school in 1989 and has selective admissions. Suncoast Community High School's students belong to one or more of the school's four magnet programs: Math, Science, and Engineering (MSE), Computer Science (CS), International Baccalaureate (IB), or Innovative Interactive Technology (IIT). The school's teams compete as the Chargers.

North Palm Beach is an incorporated village in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Miami Metropolitan Area. The population was 13,162 at the 2020 census. The village won an award from the National Association of Home Builders as best planned community of 1956. The North Palm Beach Country Club is home to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

Suncoast Stadium is the multi-purpose home venue for the Suncoast Chargers High School athletics program (FHSAA). This state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility is equipped with an air-conditioned 3-room press box (220 sq ft), natural grass turf, two food concession and public restroom buildings (home and visitor), and energy efficient lighting for night games or events. The combination steel and aluminum bleacher design has a seating capacity of 3,889 (2,879 home; 1,010 visitors). The facility is completely accessible to persons with disabilities that feature ADA specification ramps to the venue and lower concourse level of each grandstand, as well as all public amenities (restrooms and food concessions). Both grandstands have a total of 50 wheelchair viewing locations (34 in the home seating section, 16 in the visitors seating section). The generous fan parking area can hold up to 343 light passenger vehicles and includes 16 handicap spaces. There is an elevator that offers wheelchair access to the top concourse level of the home grandstand and press box area. Suncoast Stadium is located on the campus of Suncoast Community High School in the City of Riviera Beach, Florida. It replaces the former home of both the Chargers and the Mariners, Old Al Sutton Stadium, which was located 1.5 miles away to the east. The $68 million price tag included the cost for additional construction of an on-site campus auditorium (capacity 808), and gymnasium with retractable bleachers (capacity 1,628). A famous athletic alum of Suncoast is Anthony Carter (American football), a three-time All-American at the University of Michigan and a veteran of thirteen professional seasons as a wide receiver in both the United States Football League and the National Football League. Carter was elected to the College Football Hall Of Fame in 2001.

13th Street is a proposed Tri-Rail Coastal Link Green Line station in Riviera Beach, Florida. The station is planned for construction at 13th Street and President Barack Obama Highway (formerly Old Dixie Highway), just west of Broadway (US 1).

The Palm Beach Winter Club is a historic site in North Palm Beach, Florida, United States. It is located on U.S. 1. It was once the home of Sir Harry Oakes, and later became the clubhouse of the village-owned golf course. On August 1, 1980, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. In 1984, the building was torn down.

Munyon Island is located in the Lake Worth Lagoon Estuary in North Palm Beach, Florida. It is part of John D. MacArthur Beach State Park.

Palm Beach Gardens Community High School is a public magnet high school for grades 9–12 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The school mascot is the Gator. It was built in 1968 as a public high school. The original school was demolished and a new school opened in August 2009 – 2010.In March 2019 principal Larry Clawson was offered a job at the district which he accepted. Former Howell L. Watkins Middle School Principal Dr. Don Hoffman became the high school’s principal.
