Okolona, also known as the R. T. Cochran House, is a historic home located near Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1866, and is a three-story, Italianate-style dwelling. It sits on a stone foundation and has a low hipped roof. It features an open tetra-style porch or verandah finished with open sawnwork trim and squared columns, and cornice brackets.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Achmester was a historic home and national historic district located near Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompassed four contributing buildings and two contributing structures. Achmester was built in 1829, and was a 1+1⁄2-story, single pile "Peach Mansion." It consisted of a five bay frame main block with a five bay gable end addition, and five bay rear service ell. It had a gable roof with dormers and sat on a stone foundation. The façade featured simple box cornices and dormers decorated at a later date with Gothic Revival sawnwork trim, pendents, and vergeboards. The contributing outbuildings consist of a cow barn, shed, milk house, granary, and smokehouse. It was built by Richard Mansfield, a founder of Middletown Academy.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It was demolished in 2022.

Sereck Shallcross House, also known as Oakland, is a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1842, and is 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, brick dwelling with a flat roof. It is L-shaped, with a two-story rear wing added in the 1880s. The design is influenced by the Greek Revival, Italianate, and Georgian styles.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Belleview is a historic home located near Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1845, and is a three-story L-shaped five-by-five-bay, brick structure. It has a shallow hipped roof with wide overhanging eaves and bracketed cornice in the Italianate style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

A. Eliason House is a historic home located at Mt. Pleasant, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1850, and is a three-story, five-bay, brick dwelling with a shallow hipped roof. It has a center passage plan and features two one-story, tetra-style porches. Also on the property are a contributing two-story brick combination carriage house and storage loft, an earthfast cartshed, a braced frame granary containing corn cribs, and a brick stable.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Williams House, also known as Woodlawn and Cross House, is a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1859, and is 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, brick dwelling with a gable roof in the Georgian style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

It is privately owned by Summit Aviation, Inc. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, in which it is categorized as a reliever general aviation facility.Many U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA. However, this airport is assigned EVY by the FAA but has no designation from the IATA. The airport hosts a variety of aviation-related events throughout the year. It hosts a multi-week Women in Aviation and Law Enforcement Seminar sponsored by the Delaware State Police.The airport has hosted training missions for medivac helicopter crews. It is also a maintenance base for military Chinook helicopters.The airport has been a source of controversy for storing an ATR 42 purchased to serve in drug enforcement efforts in Afghanistan. The plane is unairworthy and unable to fly, and it thus is taking up space and rent.
