Sereck Shallcross House, also known as Oakland, is a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1842, and is 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, brick dwelling with a flat roof. It is L-shaped, with a two-story rear wing added in the 1880s. The design is influenced by the Greek Revival, Italianate, and Georgian styles.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Okolona, also known as the R. T. Cochran House, is a historic home located near Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1866, and is a three-story, Italianate-style dwelling. It sits on a stone foundation and has a low hipped roof. It features an open tetra-style porch or verandah finished with open sawnwork trim and squared columns, and cornice brackets.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The J. Shallcross House is a historic home located at Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1885, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, frame house constructed in a vernacular Victorian style. It has a three bay by two bay rear wing. The house features a three bay, wood porch on the front facade and a gable roof with dormers.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The initial nomination confused it with the A. M. Vail House and referred to it as the "J. K. Williams House"; the historical information there may not apply to this building.

Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, also known as the Odessa Friends Meetinghouse, is a very small but historic Quaker meetinghouse on Main Street in Odessa, Delaware. It was built in 1785 by David Wilson and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. Members of the meeting, including John Hunn and his cousin John Alston, were active in the Underground Railroad and Harriet Tubman may have hid in the meetinghouse. Measuring about 20 feet (6.1 m) by 22 feet (6.7 m), it may be the smallest brick house of worship in the United States.

Middletown High School is a public high school located in Middletown, Delaware, United States. It is one of three high schools in the Appoquinimink School District and serves students grades 9–12. It was previously located in what is now the Everett Meredith Middle School building. Originally opened in 1997, the current facility added a two-story wing in the summer of 2002, and an expansion of its cafeteria/lobby to create extra capacity.

Founded as Cantwell's Bridge in the 18th century, the name was changed in the 19th century, after the Ukrainian port city of the same name. A. M. Vail House was a historic home located at Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It is a two-story, five-bay timber frame dwelling in the late-Federal style. It was built on a center-hall passage plan. Also on the property were a smoke house, a drive-through crib barn and granary, and a large frame cow barn.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It was demolished between 2007 and 2009.

Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located on High Street in Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was designed by noted Philadelphia architect Samuel Sloan and built in 1851–1852. It is a two-story, brick building in the Greek Revival style. It measures 45 feet by 65 feet and has a low-pitched gable roof. The building ceased use as a church in 1955 and houses a local museum and cultural center.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Pharo House, also known as The Pratt House, is a historic home located in Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built around 1885, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay L-shaped frame dwelling with a steep gable roof. It has a one-story, flat-roofed addition on the ell added in the 1940s. It features two four-window bays that project from the main block and a full width front porch. Also on the property are the contributing granary or barn, battery house, and Big Chicken House or Breeder House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Old Drawyers Church is a historic Presbyterian church on U.S. 13 near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. The congregation was founded by Dutch and Swedish immigrants, though by the time the church was built the congregation was largely made up of Scottish immigrants.It was built between 1769 and 1773, and is a two-story, five bay brick building in the Georgian style. It features an elaborate Georgian doorway and gable roof. The interior features an ornate soundingboard, suspended over the open pulpit.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The Corbit–Sharp House is a historic house museum located at 118 Main Street in Odessa, Delaware. Built in 1772–74, it is one of the finest examples of a brick Georgian house in the Mid-Atlantic states. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1967, and is included in the Odessa Historic District. It has been a museum, under different ownerships, since 1940.
