Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Liège

The Faculty of Law, Political Science and Criminology of the University of Liège is a faculty of the University of Liège located in Liège, Belgium. Founded in 1816 as one of the state university's four original faculties, it brings together the departments of law, of political science, and the Jean Constant Liège School of Criminology. The current dean of the faculty is Professor Yves-Henri Leleu.

Colonster Castle (Château de Colonster) is a castle near Liège in Wallonia, Belgium, sited on a rocky spur in the Ourthe valley. It was first recorded in the 14th century but its present appearance is that of an 18th-century rebuild by Maximilien-Henri de Horion, which turned it from a stronghold into a pleasure palace, with interiors decorated by Paul-Joseph Delcloche. It and its park were acquired in 1963 by the University of Liège.

The Montefiore Institute is the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of Liège, Belgium. It was founded in 1883 and is named after Georges Montefiore-Levi.

Liège Space Center (French: Centre spatial de Liège, CSL) is a research center of the University of Liège in Belgium. It holds a hundred people, half of whom are engineers and scientists. The activities of the CSL are specialized in optics, space technologies and space environment testing.

Country Hall Liège (formerly Country Hall du Sart Tilman) is a multi-purpose arena in Liège, Belgium. The arena has 5,600 seats in its sport configuration and 7,200 in the concert configuration. It hosts indoor sporting events as well as concerts.

The Fort d'Embourg is one of twelve forts built around Liège, Belgium, in the late 19th century. The overall Fortified Position of Liège was a constituent part of the country's National Redoubt. Fort d'Embourg was built between 1881 and 1884 according to the plans of General Henri Alexis Brialmont. Contrasting with the French forts built in the same era by Raymond Adolphe Séré de Rivières, the fort was built exclusively of unreinforced concrete, a new material, rather than masonry. The fort was heavily bombarded by German artillery in the Battle of Liège in World War I and again at the opening of World War II. It has been preserved and is operated as a museum.

The Gramme Institute is a graduate school of engineering part of Haute École HELMo in Liège in Belgium. It was founded in 1906 by Belgian Jesuit Adolphe Renard. It was named "Ecole des Arts et Métiers" after the same school in France. The first promotion came out in 1908 at a time when the studies lasted for 2 years only. The school's mission is the training of highly skilled engineers able to work in all branches of industry. The course period was raised quickly to 3 years and the academic grade of technical engineer was created in 1919. In 1977, the academic grade of industrial engineer was created and studies, now at university level, had a 4-year term. In his hundredth anniversary, recently, the institute has registered its formation in the framework of the Bologna decree granting titles of Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees at the end of a course period of 5 years. Programmes: "B.S. - Bachelor of Science in Technology & Industrial Science"; "M.S. - Master of Science in Industrial engineering" - Industry & technological management; "M.S. - Master of Science in Industrial engineering" - Sustainable & energetical engineering; Double degree HEC Liège - Gramme (from September 2016): M.S. (180 crédits ECTS) - Masters of Science in Industrial & Business engineering.The school has its own research center, the CRIG, it is named after the inventor of the dynamo, Zenobe Gramme and is part of the ASJEL (Association of higher education institutions in Europe and Lebanon). The alumni are grouped within the association Union Gramme.

Cointe Observatory (French: Observatoire de Cointe), situated in the district of Cointe in Liège, Belgium, was built by the University of Liège in 1881–82 to plans by the architect Lambert Noppius. The building, in a medieval revival style, is sited in a private park formerly the estate of the wealthy industrialist Vanderheyden de Hauzeur family. It accommodated the university's Institute of Astrophysics, later the Institute of Astrophysics and Geophysics, until 2002, when the institute was moved to the Sart-Tilman campus. As of 2008 the building was occupied by the Société Astronomique de Liège, but was in the course of renovation with the intention that it should house the Service Régional des Fouilles Archéologiques.

Boncelles (Walloon: Les Bonceles) is a town of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Seraing, located in the province of Liège, Belgium. The Fort de Boncelles is situated in Boncelles.

The Interallied Memorial at Cointe (in French: Mémorial Interallié) is a war memorial built after World War I in Liège, Belgium. The memorial is a complex consisting of the Sacré-Cœur church as a religious building and a cenotaph with a tower as a secular monument.

Grivegnée (French pronunciation: ​[ɡʁivɲe]; Walloon: Grimgnêye) is a district of the city of Liège, Wallonia, located in the province of Liège, Belgium.It was a municipality until 1977. It has a population of 19,606 (2006).
