Lisarow () is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-northeast of Gosford's central business district via the Pacific Highway. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The area was largely rural until urban encroachment in more recent decades. It is now a mainly residential area, composed of medium-density housing, with small rural properties on the fringes. There is also a substantial amount of industrial activity around the railway line and station. Educational facilities in the suburb include Lisarow High School, Lisarow Primary School and Narara Public School. The Test cricketer, Alan Davidson, hails from the town. Lisarow shares the largest cricket club on the Central Coast with Ourimbah, their club mascot is the magpie.

Holgate is a semi-rural suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia north-east of Gosford. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. It is located approximately five minutes from Erina and the shopping destination "Erina Fair", as well as seven minutes from beaches including Terrigal Beach.Holgate contains some great attractions including Firescreek Winery, Bamboo Buddha, the Matcham Valley Pony Club, and other attractions including the Katandra Reserve. This reserve contains a number of walking trails and Seymour Lake, a recreational destination. Holgate has been the base for many suburban runners since they can train at the Katandra Reserve. "Katandra" is an aboriginal word meaning "Song of Birds".Holgate is the area of land on the Western side of the Matcham Estate bounded to the north by Tumbi Umbi, the west by Lisarow and the south by Erina. It is part of the 2560 acres granted to Charles Horatio Matcham, a nephew of Lord Nelson. The first settlers to buy land on the Matcham Estate in the Holgate area were Captain and Mrs Heyne, who came here on their honeymoon in February 1908, when Captain Heyne was on furlough from the Indian Army. They returned in 1921 to take up permanent residence and had a long association with the area. Mrs Heyne lived to the age of 92 years and died in Gosford on 30 December 1976. In the early 1920s, the residents formed a Progress Association. One of the achievements was the successful petition to establish a telephone office in the area. This was opened on 25 July 1924,a year later it became an unofficial post office. The Postmaster General asked the local residents for a suggestion for a name. The choice was Holgate submitted by Mrs Pollard, as it was the name of the town near York, England, where she had lived before coming to Australia. Hit101.3 (call sign: 2CFM) is an Australian radio station located on the New South Wales Central Coast, part of Southern Cross Austereo's Hit Network. Hit101.3 broadcasts from the Central Coast Radio Centre on Henry Parry Drive, in Gosford, along with sister station 107.7 Triple M Central Coast. Its broadcast area is the Central Coast, however the station can be heard on FM at points as far as Newcastle, Sydney and parts of the Blue Mountains. The station was first broadcast from studios located in Mann Street, Gosford, where it was known on-air as Coast Rock FM, and is now broadcast from Henry Parry Drive, Gosford.

The Central Coast Grammar School is an independent secular co-educational primary and secondary day school, located in Erina Heights on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The school provides a general education for approximately 1,250 students from Year K to Year 12; and is situated on a 17-hectare (42-acre) campus.

Lisarow railway station is located on the Main Northern line in New South Wales, Australia. It serves the northern Central Coast suburb of Lisarow opening on 31 August 1892 as Jenkins Siding. On 1 February 1902 it was renamed Wyoming and again on 2 April 1902 as Lisarow.The station was upgraded in November 2021, with lifts added.

Wyoming ( (listen)) is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located 4 kilometres (2 mi) northeast of Gosford's central business district. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The Aboriginal inhabitants of the Wyoming area before European settlement were the Kuringgai people. In 1824 Frederick Augustus Hely (1794–1836) purchased 1,340 acres (5.42 km2) of land adjacent to Narara Reserve. Hely named the land after the Wyoming Valley of Pennsylvania, made famous by the 1809 poem Gertrude of Wyoming by Thomas Campbell.Hely was the Principal Superintendent of Convicts. He was born in Ireland and died in Sydney. He died before the house he was planning to build at Wyoming was completed. His mausoleum lies beside the Pacific Highway at Wyoming, close to the family home which was built by his widow. The grave was designed by architect John Verge and was recently restored after falling into disrepair. Wyoming is a predominantly residential suburb. The first building was the local pub which was built by convicts in 1854 and still exists today. Wyoming also has medical centres, three primary schools, the Wyoming Shopping Village, and a number of fast-food outlets, petrol stations and other shops. Wyoming is home to the football (soccer) club Wyoming Tigers, affiliated with Central Coast Football. Many residential streets in the suburb are bordered by temperate-subtropical rainforest, with interesting bushwalking opportunities.

Springfield is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Gosford's central business district via The Entrance Road. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The state electoral seat is held in Gosford and Terrigal, for the federal division of Robertson.

Central Coast Adventist School is an independent Seventh-day Adventist co-educational early learning, primary and secondary day school, located in Erina, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Founded in 1969, the school is a part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system. John Hammond was the first principal with 18 students. The school has grown to over 900 students today.

ABC Central Coast is an ABC Local Radio station based in Gosford and broadcasting to the Central Coast region in New South Wales. The transmission area of the station stretches from Woy Woy to The Entrance. The signal is notoriously weak in many valley areas of the region. The station official callsign is 2BL/T reflecting its function as an opt-out service of 702 ABC Sydney. The station commenced broadcasting in 2003 on the frequency of 92.5 FM.

The Grange is a heritage-listed former stables and now residence at Renwick Street, Wyoming, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by John Verge. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Erina Ice Arena was built in 2004 on the Central Coast of New South Wales boasting a state of the art olympic-sized ice sports facility measuring 60m x 30m with the capacity for figure, speed, synchronized, curling and ice hockey. The arena also functions as a social venue for spectators, boasting a grandstand capacity of 500 suitable for large events. Closed for building works in August of 2019, the rink was revitalised by new owners and reopened in January 2021. Erina Ice Arena aims to create a safe space for the community to enjoy recreational skating with their friends and family and to provide a variety of programs to encourage the development of grass roots ice sports.

Erina Fair is a large shopping centre located in the suburb of Erina on the Central Coast.
