St Laurence's Church stands at the corner of Chapel Street and Edward Street in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. It is a redundant church, formerly an Anglican parish church. Its benefice has been united with that of Holy Trinity, Morecambe. The former church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building.

Morecambe ( MOR-kəm) is a seaside town and civil parish in the City of Lancaster district in Lancashire, England. It is located in Morecambe Bay on the Irish Sea.

Central Pier was one of two piers in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. Built during the late 1860s, it was 912 feet (278 m) long and featured a large pier head served by steamboats. Two significant fires occurred during its lifetime, one in 1933 destroying the pavilion then dubbed the "Taj Mahal of the North", and another in 1991, the latter which condemned the pier as unsafe and demolition took place the following year in 1992.

Morecambe is a railway station on the Morecambe Branch Line, which runs between Lancaster and Heysham Port. The station, situated 4 miles (6 km) west of Lancaster, serves the town of Morecambe in Lancashire. It is owned by Network Rail and managed by Northern Trains. The current truncated two-platform station was opened on 29 May 1994, replacing the Midland Railway's earlier terminus, Morecambe Promenade, which was situated some 400 m (440 yd) further west, closer to the town's seafront. The old station building remains in use as a pub and restaurant, but its platforms have been demolished and the site is now occupied by a cinema and the Morecambe indoor market. That station was itself a replacement for the North Western Railway's original two-platform terminus at Northumberland Street, which opened in 1851 and closed in March 1907. It was located almost exactly on the same site as the current station and ticket office.

The Morecambe and Heysham War Memorial stands on the Promenade at Morecambe, Lancashire, England.It has two inscriptions in black lettering, after which are listed the names of those remembered The memorial remembers the 216 men who died in the First World War, the 180 in the Second World War and the single man who was killed in the Korean War.The war memorial, made of bronze and granite, was completed in 1921 and designed by Thomas Hayton Mawson. A bronze lion sits atop a stepped base. On 20 January 1993 the monument was registered as a Grade II structure at British Listed Buildings.

Morecambe Euston Road was the terminus station of the London and North Western Railway's branch line to Morecambe, in Lancashire, England. It closed in 1962, after which all trains to Morecambe used the nearby Morecambe Promenade station.

Clark Street Congregational Church, in Morecambe, Lancashire, England, was built in 1863 and designed by the Lancaster architect E. G. Paley. It provided seating for 350 people. The chapel has a northwest tower, a southwest porch, and windows containing plate tracery. The church closed before 1980, and has been converted into offices.

Morecambe Promenade Station was a railway station in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. It was opened on 24 March 1907 by the Midland Railway and closed in February 1994. After twelve weeks break in passenger service for the revision of track work and signalling a new Morecambe station was opened on a site closer to the town centre. It was named Morecambe both before and after being named Morecambe Promenade.

The Midland Hotel is a Streamline Moderne building in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. It was built by the London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS), in 1933, to the designs of architect Oliver Hill, with sculpture by Eric Gill, and murals by Eric Ravilious (subsequently destroyed). It is a Grade II* listed building. The hotel has been restored by Urban Splash with architects Union North, Northwest Regional Development Agency and Lancaster City Council.

The North Western Hotel in Morecambe, Lancashire, England, was built in 1847–48. It was designed by the Lancaster architects Paley and Austin for the "Little" North Western Railway. Including furnishings, it cost £4,795 (equivalent to £500,000 in 2021). It was a two-storey building containing 40 bedrooms. In 1871, when the railway became part of the Midland Railway, its name was changed to the Midland Hotel. It was demolished and replaced by a new hotel, also called the Midland Hotel, in 1932.
