The Arena District is a mixed-use planned development and neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio. The site was developed through a partnership between Nationwide Realty Investors, Ltd. (a subsidiary of Nationwide), the City of Columbus and private investors. Interpretation of the boundaries of the district are evolving as the neighboring blocks around the original 75-acre (300,000 m2) site have seen additional commercial and residential development. The Arena District is named for Nationwide Arena.

The Brewery District, traditionally known as the Old German Brewing District, is a neighborhood located in Columbus, Ohio. Located just south of the central business district and west of German Village, it is bounded by Interstate 70 on the north, South Pearl Street on the east, Greenlawn Avenue on the south, and the Scioto River on the west.

It is one of two facilities in Columbus, along with Greater Columbus Convention Center, that hosts events during the annual Arnold Classic, a sports and fitness event hosted by actor, bodybuilder, and former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger.

One Nationwide Plaza is a 40-story skyscraper in Columbus, Ohio that serves as the corporate office headquarters of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. It is part of the complex of buildings known as Nationwide Plaza. Nationwide outgrew its 246 North High Street Building by the 1970s and work began on a new headquarters for the company. In 1977, the 485 ft-tall (148 m) building was completed. The building is located at the corner of N. High Street and what is now Nationwide Blvd. on the northern edge of downtown Columbus, Ohio.

The Hilton Columbus Downtown is a high-rise hotel in Columbus, Ohio. The Hilton hotel includes two buildings, one west of High Street, which opened in 2012, and a new tower east of High Street, which opened in September 2022. The tower addition gives the hotel a total of 1,000 guest rooms, making it the largest hotel in Ohio.

The North Market Historic District is a historic district in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1983. The district consists of two-to-four-story warehouses, dating from 1880 to 1910.

Three Nationwide Plaza is a 408 ft (124 m) postmodern highrise building located at the address 3 Nationwide Plaza in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The building is part of the larger multi-building complex known as Nationwide Plaza. Nationwide Plaza is the headquarters of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Three Nationwide Plaza is the 10th tallest building in Columbus. Construction on the building finished in December 1988. The architect responsible was the NBBJ Group and the building design follows a postmodern style. The building was constructed for approximately $89 million and the main materials used were glass, steel, and precast concrete panels. The Merchant Building is a 32-story skyscraper under construction in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The project formally began in 2016 when the city solicited design ideas; it selected a winning proposal in 2017. Construction began in 2023. The building will be a mixed-use development with a hotel, residential units, office space, a restaurant, bar, private club, and space for an expansion of North Market.

The North Graveyard, also known as the North Cemetery and Old North Cemetery, was a burial ground in Columbus, Ohio. It was situated in modern-day Downtown Columbus and was established in 1813, a year after the city was founded. Graves at the site were moved beginning in the 1850s into the 1880s. In the 20th and 21st century, construction projects have involved archaeological digs of portions of the site. Part of the cemetery site will house the Merchant Building, under construction since early 2023, requiring an archaeological study and exhumation of remains left in the graveyard.

Nationwide Fountain is a fountain designed by sculptor Jim Ponter and architect Don Olson in downtown Columbus, Ohio, United States. It is located at Nationwide Plaza, a complex of buildings including One Nationwide Plaza, and within Dean Jeffers Park. The abstract fountain features stacked geometric blocks of stone and bronze sculptures of various animals, including a frog, lizard, and salmon.The fountain was surveyed by the Smithsonian Institution's "Save Outdoor Sculpture!" program in 1994.

Sensenbrenner Park is a .9-acre (0.36 ha) park in downtown Columbus, Ohio, United States. The park was dedicated on September 18, 1980, and commemorates former mayor Jack Sensenbrenner.

The Hyatt Regency Columbus is a high-rise hotel in Columbus, Ohio. The building rises 20 floors and 256 feet (78 m) in height, and stands as the 24th-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1980. The Hyatt Regency Columbus was designed by architects Prindle, Patrick + Associates, an architectural and engineering firm. The building contains a four-star Hyatt hotel, which consists of 615 rooms and 16 suites, as well as a grand ballroom and 32 conference rooms.
