Branksome Park

Bournemouth West is a parliamentary constituency in Dorset represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2010 by Conor Burns, a Conservative.

Branksome () is a suburb of Poole in Dorset, England. The area consists of residential properties and also a number of commercial and industrial areas. It borders Parkstone, another small Poole suburb, to the west and north west, Alder Hills to the north east, Branksome Park (a more affluent forested area) to the south and Westbourne (a suburb of Bournemouth, Poole's conurbation neighbour) to the east.

Compton Acres consists of five themed sub-gardens: an Italian garden, a rock and water garden, a heather garden, a Japanese garden and a less formal woodland garden called the "Wooded Valley". Since 1986, Compton Acres has been Grade II* listed.

Alexandra Park is a small (six-acre) public open space set within the densely urbanised area of Parkstone in Poole, on the south coast of England. Its former bowling green and pavilion was home to Alexandra Park Lawn Bowls Club, established in the 1920s. The park is essentially Edwardian in concept, but evolved over a period of more than 30 years as what was once open farmland was transformed into a new residential neighbourhood. It is apparent that the space was set aside for recreation due to its steeply undulating topography, which would have been unsuitable for housing development. In 2019, the Bowling Greens Pavilion was transformerd into a café and the children's playground was refurbished with new equipment and facilities.

Westbourne is a residential and shopping area of Bournemouth, Dorset, England. It is located in between Branksome, Poole and the centre of Bournemouth, just off the A338. Poole Road, mainly full of specialised shops and small cafes, runs through the centre of Westbourne with Seamoor Road curving round bringing more shops and services. Many of the shops have residential property above them.
