The UNTV Broadcast Center is a mixed-use skyscraper and broadcast facility, currently under construction, located along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue in Barangay Philam, Quezon City. It will serve as the new headquarters of UNTV-37, also known as UNTV News and Rescue/ Public Service, a major UHF television channel. It will also house radio stations Radyo La Verdad 1350 kHz and Wish 107.5. In 2022, the glass cladding during construction was removed before being reinstalled.

North Avenue station is a station on the Manila Metro Rail Transit System Line 3. North Avenue is one of the 11 elevated stations that can be found on the line. The station is located in Diliman in Quezon City and is named after its location, which is at the corner of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and North Avenue. The station is the northern terminus of the line and is the first and last station for trains headed to and from Taft Avenue respectively. The North Avenue Depot, an underground depot where the trains of the line are kept and maintained, is located near the station. The elevated tracks terminate abruptly beyond the station, but there is sufficient room for a terminating train to leave the station and stop before switching to the other track then entering the station again to begin the journey south.

Trinoma (stylized as TriNoma, abbreviated from the first syllables of each word of "Triangle North of Manila") is a large shopping mall in Quezon City, Philippines, owned by property development firm Ayala Land. Opened on May 16, 2007, the mall is located on the side of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, east of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in Quezon City, giving significant market competition to the nearby SM City North EDSA as one of the largest malls in Metro Manila. It is also one of two malls that will be serving Ayala Land's Vertis North township, which is located beside the mall, along with a new lifestyle block mall Ayala Malls Vertis North, similar to Greenbelt in Makati, which was also developed by Ayala Malls.

Ayala Malls Vertis North (formerly Vertis North Superblock as working name and Vertis North Mall) is a shopping mall in Vertis North Complex, Quezon City, Philippines developed and managed by Ayala Malls. It is the second mall in the Vertis North township complex built by Ayala Malls inside Triangle Park; the first being Trinoma that was opened in 2007. The mall opened on June 9, 2017, after several unknown delays. Tagged as the "first millennial mall in the Philippines," it is Ayala Malls' fourth largest mall in Quezon City, after Trinoma, U.P. Town Center, and Fairview Terraces.

Vertis North is a 29-hectare (72-acre) transit oriented mixed-use development in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Rising along key major roads such as EDSA, North Avenue, Mindanao Avenue, and Senator Miriam P. Defensor-Santiago Avenue, the development is a joint venture project between Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and the National Housing Authority (NHA). Similar to the previous developments of Ayala Land such as the Makati Central Business District, Vertis North has a mix of residential developments similar to Legazpi and Salcedo Villages, office towers, malls, and open spaces which are also similar to the Ayala Triangle Garden and Greenbelt Park. The development is also connected to key transport stations such as the North Avenue Station of the MRT Line 3 and the North Avenue Bus Station of the EDSA Busway, with future potential connections to the Metro Manila Subway through the subway's North Avenue Station, and the North Triangle Common Station, which serves the LRT Line 1 and the MRT Line 7. Located within the development are key properties such as Trinoma, Ayala Malls Vertis North, the Seda Vertis North, the Vertis North Corporate Center Towers, and the Solaire Resort North.

Bungad is an administrative division in eastern Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is one of the 142 barangays of Quezon City and is bounded by Barangays Veterans Village in the north, San Antonio in the West, Paltok in the south and Philam in the east. It is part of the city district of Project 7, which includes Barangay Veterans Village.

Construction of the building was on hold for a while after its original owner, Globe Asiatique, got involved in a scam. The new owner, DoubleDragon Properties, acquired the building in 2014 and resumed the construction of the building.

The North Triangle Common Station (official temporary designation: Unified Grand Central Station, also called Grand Central Station), popularly known as the Common Station, is an under-construction rapid transit terminal and transport hub that will connect LRT Line 1, MRT Line 3, MRT Line 7, and the Metro Manila Subway. It is located in Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, Philippines, and is named after its location, which is at the corner of EDSA and North Avenue.The common alignment had been in limbo for years since the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), now Department of Transportation (DOTr), reviewed the project's technical and financial components. It was in January 2017 that an agreement was reached to build the station. The groundbreaking of the station was held at the North Triangle Transport Terminal on September 29, 2017. The station was expected to open in 2020, but was delayed to July 2022.
