Emer Bog and Baddesley Common

North Baddesley is a large village and civil parish in Hampshire, England. It is situated 3 mi (5 km) east of the town of Romsey and 6 mi (10 km) north of Southampton. It occupies an area of approximately 9.15 km2 (3.53 sq mi), and is home to a population of just over 10,000 people, reducing to 7,000 at the 2011 Census. It is located in the Test Valley; a river famous for trout fishing.

Baddesley Preceptory was a preceptory of the Knights Hospitaller at North Baddesley in Hampshire, England. The preceptory was founded at Godsfield but was moved soon after the Black Death.

Crampmoor is a village and civil parish in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, England. It is in the civil parish of Romsey Extra. Its nearest town is Romsey, which lies approximately 2 miles (3.1 km) west from the village. There was no local church in Crampmoor and church services were held in large room in James Feltham’s house at New Pond. In 1858 Caroline Rolfe of New Pond and her sister-in-law Jane Feltham, also of New Pond and Caroline Suckling of Highwood House, all equally donated the funds to build a combined St Swithun's church and school room which was completed in 1859.

Ampfield is a village and civil parish in the Borough of Test Valley in Hampshire, England, between Romsey, Eastleigh, and Winchester. It had a population at the 2001 census of 1,474, increasing to 1,583 at the 2011 Census.

Romsey and Southampton North is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since its 2010 creation by Caroline Nokes for the Conservative Party. For the purposes of election expenses and type of returning officer it is a county constituency.

Toothill Fort, or Toothill Ring, or Toothill camp, is the site of an Iron Age univallate hill fort located in Hampshire. The site occupies an extremely strong position at the north end of a spur. Its defences comprise a single rampart and ditch with traces of a counterscarp bank in places. There is an additional scarp on the north side up to 2.0m in height where the site is weakest. The original entrance is onto the ridge to the south. The name "Toot hill" literally means lookout hill (similar to "Tout" in Dorset). The site is very heavily wooded. The redwoods planted in the middle of the hill fort make the hill even more of a landmark for many miles around.

The Mountbatten School is an 11–16 secondary school located on Whitenap Lane in Romsey, Hampshire, England. The school is an Academy, but opened in 1969 as a comprehensive.

Chilworth is a village in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, England, on the northern edge of Southampton. Good travel connections and restricted development have led to the village becoming particularly affluent. The village was referred to as Celeworda in the Domesday Book of 1086, and is now in two parts: modern Chilworth lying along the straight 'new' stretch of the Southampton to Romsey road, and old Chilworth built around the 'old' road.

Trodds Copse (grid reference SU417224) is a 25.23 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), in central Hampshire, notified in 1989. It comprises ancient semi-natural woodland, unimproved meadows and flushes.

Ratlake Meadows is a 4.2-hectare (10-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest north of Chandler's Ford in Hampshire.These unimproved meadows on London Clay are recorded back to the sixteenth century and are probably much older. They are dominated by sweet vernal grass, heath grass, tufted hairgrass and Yorkshire fog, and have a rich variety of herbs. Invertebrates include the rare bush cricket, long-winged conehead.

The Sir Harold Hillier Gardens is an arboretum comprising 72 hectares (180 acres) accommodating over 42,000 trees and shrubs in about 12,000 taxa, notably a collection of oaks, camellia, magnolia and rhododendron.The Gardens are located 5 km (3 mi) northeast of the town of Romsey in Hampshire, England, and were formerly known simply as the Hillier Arboretum, founded by nurseryman Harold Hillier in June 1953 when he acquired Jermyn's House and its grounds. The arboretum was given to Hampshire County Council in 1977 to be managed as a charitable trust. Sir Harold Hillier was knighted in 1983, just two years before his death at age 80 in 1985.The Gardens were listed as Grade II on the National Register of Historic Parks and Gardens in 1997.
