Ap Lei Chau or Aberdeen Island is an island of Hong Kong, located off Hong Kong Island next to Aberdeen Harbour and Aberdeen Channel. It has an area of 1.30 square kilometres (0.50 sq mi). Administratively, it is part of the Southern District. Ap Lei Chau is the 5th-most-densely-populated island in the world.

Lei Tung (Chinese: 利東; Cantonese Yale: Leihdūng) is an underground MTR rapid transit station in Hong Kong on the eastern section of the South Island line, located beside Mount Johnston on Ap Lei Chau in Southern District. The station is named after the adjacent public housing estate of the same name, which it serves in addition to Ap Lei Chau Main Street. The station is located below Yue On Court and Lei Tung Estate, and opened on 28 December 2016 with the rest of the South Island line. It is the southernmost railway station in Hong Kong.

Aberdeen Baptist Lui Ming Choi College (abbreviated as ABLMCC, Chinese: 香港仔浸信會呂明才書院 or abbreviated as 浸中) is a Protestant co-educational government aided secondary school in Ap Lei Chau, Southern District, Hong Kong near Lei Tung station.

Hong Kong True Light College (HKTLC; Chinese: 香港真光書院) is a Christian girls secondary school in Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

The Sham Wan Towers (Chinese: 深灣軒) is a residential high-rise development located in the Ap Lei Chau area of Hong Kong. The complex consists of three towers, each of which rank among the tallest buildings in the city. The towers, numbered 1, 2, and 3, each rise 180 metres (591 ft), but differ in floor counts; Towers 1 and 2 contain 52 floors, while Tower 3 has 53. The entire complex was completed in 2003. The structures, designed by architectural firm AGC Design and developed in a collaboration between Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings and Sun Hung Kai Properties, are composed entirely of residential units.

Sham Wan (Chinese: 深灣; lit. 'deep bay'), sometimes transliterated as Shum Wan, is a bay in the Southern District of Hong Kong. It is located within the Aberdeen South Typhoon Shelter.

Jumbo Kingdom (Chinese: 珍寶王國) consists of the Jumbo Floating Restaurant (Chinese: 珍寶海鮮舫) and the adjacent Tai Pak Floating Restaurant (Chinese: 太白海鮮舫), which are renowned tourist attractions in Aberdeen South Typhoon Shelter, within Hong Kong's Aberdeen Harbour. Over 30 million visitors have visited Jumbo Kingdom, including Queen Elizabeth II, Tom Cruise, Chow Yun Fat, and Gong Li. There was also a Jumbo Kingdom Manila in Manila Bay, Philippines, but it was closed after 8 years of operation. Jumbo Kingdom is part of Melco International Development Limited, a company listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Aberdeen Channel Bridge is a double-track railway bridge in Hong Kong. It carries the MTR's South Island line over the Aberdeen Channel, linking Lei Tung station and Wong Chuk Hang station. Its name reflects the channel the bridge crosses. The bridge carried one track of traffic in each direction. Construction of the bridge was started in 2011 and completed in 2015. The bridge is Ap Lei Chau's only rail connection to Hong Kong Island, before that, the first bridge, Ap Lei Chau Bridge was the only fixed link for long, has been used by road traffic was constructed and put into use since 1977.

Ap Lei Chau Bridge is a highway bridge in Hong Kong connecting the island of Ap Lei Chau (Aberdeen Island) to the community of Aberdeen on Hong Kong Island.

The Aberdeen Typhoon Shelters of Hong Kong are Aberdeen West Typhoon Shelter (Chinese: 香港仔西避風塘) and Aberdeen South Typhoon Shelter (香港仔南避風塘). Both typhoon shelters are located in Southern District, between the southern part of Hong Kong Island and the island Ap Lei Chau. They are roughly separated by the Ap Lei Chau Bridge and Aberdeen Channel Bridge. The Aberdeen floating village is located within the shelters.

Ap Lei Pai or Aberdeen Rock is an uninhabited island in Hong Kong, linked to the south of Ap Lei Chau in Hong Kong. It is located between the East Lamma Channel and Aberdeen Channel. It is under the administration of the Southern District.

South Horizons (Chinese: 海怡半島; Cantonese Yale: Hóiyì Bundóu) is an underground MTR rapid transit station in Hong Kong, located on Ap Lei Chau in Southern District. It is the southern terminus of the South Island line. The station is located under the junction of Yi Nam Road and South Horizon Drive, and primarily serves residents of the South Horizons private housing estate (its namesake), in addition to Ap Lei Chau Estate and Ap Lei Chau West Industrial Area. The station has a unique shape in the form of a letter Y, and has no overrun track. It opened on 28 December 2016 with the rest of the South Island line.
