Veľký Folkmár

Kojšov (Hungarian: Kojsó) is a village and municipality in the Gelnica District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia. In 2011 had total municipality a population of 736 inhabitants. Near Kojšov are located natural sightseeings Kojšovská Hoľa /hill/ and Folkmarská Skala /stone sculpture/, as well as Lukáčova Jaskyňa/cave/. The village and the surroundings has many holiday homes where people from Košice go at the weekends and relax.

Margecany (Hungarian: Margitfalva, German: Margareten) is a village and municipality in the Gelnica District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia. Total municipality population was, in 2011, 1964 inhabitants. Margecany is a very important railway junction situated on the main railway corridor (Košice–Bohumín Railway) connecting Košice with Žilina and Bratislava. Ružín reservoir regulates rivers Hornád and Hnilec. Technical attraction is the Bujanov tunnel.

The Bujanov Tunnel (Slovak: Bujanovský tunel) is the longest double track railway tunnel in Slovakia, on the Margecany-Košice route. It is 3,411 m (11,191 ft) long and is the second longest railway tunnel in Slovakia after the Harmanec Tunnel. It was opened in 1955.

Black Mountain (Slovak: Čierna hora [ˈtʂɪerna ˈɦɔra], German: Schwarzer Berg) is a small mountain range in eastern Slovakia. It forms part of the Slovak Ore Mountains. The range is located roughly between the city of Košice to the southeast and the municipalities of Krompachy to the northwest and Kysak to the northeast and has an area of about 250 km². Its highest point is the Roháčka (1,029 m n.m.) between Margecany and Kluknava. The region of the Black Mountain is drained by the River Hornád. Within the range lies the reservoir of Ružín, built in the 1960s, whose main purpose is to supply water, but which also serves as a recreation area. On the lower slopes beech is predominant, the higher reaches are covered by spruce and mixed forest. The range itself is only sparsely settled. Part of the main line from Košice to Žilina runs through the mountains with large railway hubs in Margecany and Kysak.

Malá Lodina (Hungarian: Kisladna) is a village and large municipality in Košice-okolie District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.

Bajerov (German: Bayersdorf; Hungarian: Bajor; Rusyn: Баєров) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia. The municipality lies at an altitude of 344 metres and covers an area of 6.63 km2 (2.56 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).
