Tutuban Center

Divisoria is a commercial center in between Tondo and Binondo in Manila, Philippines known for its shops that sell low-priced goods and its diverse manufacturing activities. Tutuban Center is situated within the commercial hub along with a night market located in the Centers' vicinity. The area is riddled with different bazaars, bargain malls, and a few points of interest.

Tutuban station is a proposed Manila Light Rail Transit (LRT) station situated on Line 2. It is part of the Line 2 West Extension project, a 3.02-kilometer (1.88 mi) extension from Recto station to the Manila North Harbor in Tondo. The west extension project calls for the construction of three additional elevated stations: two on Recto Avenue and one on Mel Lopez Boulevard near Pier 4 of the Manila North Harbor. It was approved by the National Economic and Development Authority on May 19, 2015.The station would be the first for trains headed west from Recto and the eleventh for trains headed from Antipolo. It would be located next to the Tutuban Center Mall near the intersection of Recto Avenue with Abad Santos Avenue 20 meters away, leading to the Tutuban railway station, connecting Line 2 with the PNR Metro Commuter Line and in the future with the PNR North-South Commuter Rail.Currently, the station is in the planning stages.

Seng Guan Ssu (simplified Chinese: 信愿寺; traditional Chinese: 信願寺; pinyin: Xìnyuàn Sì; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Sìngōan Sī) is a prominent Buddhist edifice on Narra Street, near Divisoria, in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. It contains a stupa, a huge repository for urns of human ashes, several meditation rooms, and various shrines. It is a major cultural center for the Chinese Filipino community. It is a Chan Buddhist temple built by the father of Buddhism in the Philippines, Master Xing Yuan from the South Putuo Temple in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Seng Guan Ssu was established by Wu Jianglu, Wang Zhenwen, and members of their Chinese Buddhist Society in the Philippines. It is regarded as the first Buddhist temple in the Philippines, being the first temple with a resident monk, Venerable Seng Guan (1889-1962), after whom the temple was named. Seng Guan from Fu Kien (Fujian), China, was active in teaching and organizing work in Southern China, Manila, and Rizal. His work laid the foundations for several institutions, including the Samantabhadra Institute in Santa Cruz, Manila, and the Hwa Chong Buddhist Temple complex in Tugatog, Malabon, Rizal (now Malabon, Metro Manila), where his ashes are enshrined in a stupa. In 1960, the Seng Guan Ssu set up the Philippine Academy of Sakya, Manila. Over the years, Seng Guan Ssu also conducted many charity works for the poor, orphans, elderly, refugees, and government welfare projects.

Tutuban station (also known as Manila station or Divisoria station) is the central railway terminus of the Philippine National Railways (PNR) network located in the city of Manila, Philippines. The name refers to two stations: the original Tutuban station, which today forms part of Tutuban Center, and the PNR Executive Building, which houses PNR offices.

168 Shopping Mall (Chinese: 一路發商場; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: It-lō͘-hoa̍t siong-tiûⁿ) is a shopping complex in Binondo, Manila, the Chinatown of the Philippines. The three-story complex is located along St. Elena and Soler Streets just south of Recto Avenue and Divisoria. It is owned and managed by the 168 Group of Companies. Close competitors to the mall are the 11/88 Mall, the 999 Mall, and the Lucky Chinatown Mall. The building houses over 500 tenants and is considered to be one of the most visited malls in the area, before the opening of the Lucky Chinatown Mall in 2012. It is still one of the common destinations when shopping for bargain goods and other commodities, from novelty items, bags, shoes, toys, hardware, RTW's, and others.

Chiang Kai-shek College (Tagalog: Kolehiyo ng Chiang Kai Shek; Chinese: 菲律濱中正學院) is a Chinese Filipino institution of higher learning founded by Chinese Filipinos, recognized by the government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic of China (Taiwan). The school offers programs in the Preschool (幼稚園), Grade School (小學), Junior High School (初中), Senior High School (高中), and College (大學). It is the largest Chinese Filipino school in population in the Philippines. The school is located at 1274 Padre Algue St. Tondo, Manila, Philippines. The school is named after Chiang Kai-shek, the second president of the Republic of China during the Kuomintang regime.

The Iglesia Ni Cristo Locale of Tondo (Filipino: Lokal ng Tundo) is a chapel of the Philippine-based Christian religion, the Iglesia ni Cristo. Located along Juan Luna cor. Moriones Street in Tondo, Manila, it was completed on May 10, 1967, and was dedicated by Brother Erano Manalo. It is the second-largest chapel ever built by the church, with a capacity of 6,000. It is the largest ecclesiastical building in the city of Manila. Designed by famed architect Carlos A. Santos-Viola, the church administration had the immense house of worship built for the largest locale congregation at that time.

The San Jose de Trozo Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church in Santa Cruz, Manila founded in 1933. The current parish priest is Rev. Fr. Peterson O. Tieng, LRMS The church is under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila.

Holy Child Catholic School is located at Plaza Amado V. Hernandez in Tondo, Manila, the Philippines. It sits beside the Santo Niño de Tondo Parish Church.
