Langdon Meeting House

Langdon is a town in Sullivan County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 651 at the 2020 census.

The Prentiss Bridge is a historic covered bridge in Langdon, New Hampshire. Built about 1874, it spans Great Brook just east of the modern alignment of Chester Turnpike, which it carried until it was bypassed by a modern bridge in 1955. At 36 feet (11 m) in length, it is the shortest 19th-century covered bridge built for use on a public roadway in New Hampshire that is still standing. The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The Shedd-Porter Memorial Library, located at 3 Main Street, is the public library of Alstead, New Hampshire. The library building was a gift to the town from John Graves Shedd and Mary Roenna (Porter) Shedd, and is a Beaux Arts building built in 1910 to a design by William H. McLean and Albert H. Wright. Shedd also donated 2,000 books to the library, whose collection now exceeds 10,000 volumes. The library building, one of the finest of the period in the state, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010, and the New Hampshire State Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Fall Mountain Regional High School is a small high school located in Langdon, New Hampshire, in the United States. The school, part of School Administrative Unit 60 in New Hampshire, serves the towns of Langdon, Acworth, Alstead, Charlestown, and Walpole.

The Cold River Bridge, also known as McDermott Bridge, is a historic wooden covered bridge spanning the Cold River near Crane Brook Road in Langdon, New Hampshire, USA. Built in 1869, it is one of the state's few surviving 19th-century covered bridges. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is closed to vehicular traffic.

Great Brook is a 10.0-mile-long (16.1 km) tributary of the Cold River in western New Hampshire in the United States. Part of the Connecticut River watershed, Great Brook begins in the highlands in the town of Acworth, New Hampshire, and flows southwest through the center of the town of Langdon, joining the Cold River 2 miles (3 km) upstream from the Connecticut River.

Drewsville is an unincorporated community in the town of Walpole in Cheshire County, New Hampshire, United States. The village is located in the northeastern corner of Walpole, just south of the valley of the Cold River. New Hampshire Route 123 passes through the village, connecting it with Alstead to the east and the rest of Walpole (including North Walpole) and Bellows Falls, Vermont to the west. Drewsville has a separate ZIP code (03604) from other areas in the town of Walpole.

The Drewsville Mansion is a historic house on Old Cheshire Turnpike in the Drewsville village of Walpole, New Hampshire, United States. Built in 1880, it is a regionally rare example of vernacular Stick/Eastlake style architecture, located in an area that has predominantly even older buildings. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Officers of the company include President Bruce Bascom and Vice-Presidents David Bascom and Kevin Bascom.The company is one of the largest independent maple wholesalers in the United States, as well as the country's largest distributor of new and used sugaring equipment to maple farmers and sugar houses. Bascom Maple Farms is one of the top four maple syrup processors in the United States and also buys, produces, bottles and sells pure maple syrup and maple sugar.The Bascom family began producing maple syrup in 1853 and has operated commercial syrup production and maple packing facilities for over 40 years. Its division Bascom Family Farms is the largest independent supplier of pure and organic maple syrup and maple sugar products.Kenneth Bascom, who was instrumental in bringing the Bascom Farm maple products to the forefront of the industry, was inducted into the American Maple Hall of Fame in 1994. In 2010, Bruce Bascom was also honored by the North American Maple Syrup Council with induction into the Maple Hall of Fame, headquartered at the International Maple Museum Centre in Croghan, New York.
