Stanley railway station

The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust was an NHS Trust in Liverpool. It managed the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital and Liverpool University Dental Hospital.

Lister Drive power station was a series of generating stations that supplied electricity to the City of Liverpool and the wider area from 1900 until 1980. They were owned and collaboratively operated by Liverpool Corporation and Marcus Kemp Coal Limited until the nationalisation of the British electricity supply industry in 1948. The power station was developed in several phases: designated No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 stations. A gas turbine station was commissioned in March 1965.

Edge Lane railway station was on the Canada Dock Branch in Liverpool, England. The station opened in July 1870 and closed on 31 May 1948. Freight trains to and from Seaforth Docks still pass through the station site.

The Liverpool Built-up Area (previously Liverpool Urban Area in 2001 and prior) is a term used by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to denote the urban area around Liverpool in England, to the east of the River Mersey. The contiguous built-up area extends beyond the area administered by Liverpool City Council into adjoining local authority areas, particularly parts of Sefton and Knowsley. As defined by ONS, the area extends as far east as Haydock, and Ashton-in-Makerfield in Greater Manchester.The Liverpool Urban Area is not the same area as Merseyside (or Greater Merseyside), which includes areas of Wirral on the west bank of the Mersey and Southport. The western extent of the Greater Manchester conurbation is narrowly avoided as that extends as far as Golborne and Newton-le-Willows, with small gaps separating those towns from Ashton-In-Makerfield and Haydock.

The Olive Mount chord in Liverpool, England, is a 300-metre stretch of railway track between Olive Mount Junction, in Olive Mount cutting, and Edge Lane Junction that provides access to the Canada Dock Branch (more usually known today as the Bootle Branch).

The Old Library, formerly known as Lister Drive Library, is a Grade II listed former Andrew Carnegie library in Tuebrook, Liverpool, England. Opening in June 1905, it is now used as a community centre and charity hub for childcare services and start-up businesses. The current tenants are Lister Steps.

Stoneycroft is small leafy district in the east of Liverpool, England and part of the Tuebrook and Stoneycroft and Old Swan wards.

Newsham Park Hospital is a grade II listed building in Liverpool, Merseyside, England (grid reference SJ379920). It now lies derelict but was previously a hospital prior to which it was the Liverpool Seamen's Orphan Institution.

The Church of Saint John the Baptist is on the corner of West Derby Road and Green Lane, in Tuebrook, Liverpool, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building, and an active Anglican parish church in the Diocese of Liverpool, the archdeaconry of Liverpool and the deanery of West Derby.

Wavertree Technology Park railway station is in the suburbs of Liverpool, at the western end of Olive Mount cutting, on the original Liverpool-Manchester line. The station opened on 13 August 2000, at a cost of £2 million. Train services are operated by Northern Trains. Since 5 March 2015, trains through the station have used overhead wire electric traction, as part of the electrification of George Stephenson's original Liverpool and Manchester Railway and the branch line to Wigan.

Tuebrook and Stoneycroft is a sub-urban Liverpool City Council Ward within the Liverpool West Derby Parliamentary constituency. It contains the Tuebrook and Stoneycroft areas of Liverpool. The population of this ward at the 2011 census was 16,489. In 2004 it was reformed taking in small parts of the former Old Swan, Clubmoor, Croxteth and Anfield wards, and losing small areas elsewhere. The ward elects 3 councillors.
