Cardinal Cushing Memorial Park

A bust of Richard Cushing by James Rosati, sometimes called Richard Cardinal Cushing, is installed in Boston's Cardinal Cushing Memorial Park, in the U.S. state of Massachusetts.

Bowdoin station ( BOH-din) is a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) rapid transit station in Bowdoin Square in Boston, Massachusetts. The station is the downtown terminus of the Blue Line, part of the MBTA subway system. It has a single wedge-shaped island platform located inside a balloon loop. Bowdoin is the only Blue Line station that is not accessible. Bowdoin opened in 1916 as part of an extension of the East Boston Tunnel, serving as the terminal for streetcar lines from East Boston. The line was converted to use high-floor trains in 1924, with raised platforms constructed at the stations. The station was modernized in 1968, with a new brutalist headhouse designed by Josep Lluís Sert. Bowdoin was closed for two periods in the early 1980s due to budget cuts; it was open for limited hours on weekdays only until 2014, when it returned to full-time service during the reconstruction of nearby Government Center station. The proposed Red–Blue connector would extend the Blue Line west to a Red Line transfer at Charles/MGH station, with Bowdoin station likely eliminated.

Revere House (1847–1912) was an upscale hotel in 19th-century Boston, Massachusetts, located on Bowdoin Square in the West End. Fire destroyed the building in 1912.

Sattler College is a Christian college in Boston that opened in Fall 2018. It does not accept any government funds. Projected external funding for the school is $30 million over the course of 25 years. Christian historian and lawyer David Bercot is on its board, as well as businessmen James W. Bradford and Dr. Finny Kuruvilla. Its campus is in a high-rise office building in downtown Boston overlooking the Charles River and Massachusetts State House.

The Bowdoin Square Theatre (est.1892) in Boston, Massachusetts, was a playhouse and cinema. It was located on Bowdoin Square in the West End, in a building designed by architect C.H. Blackall. Personnel included Charles F. Atkinson and William Harris. Audience members included future magician Julius Linsky and future actor Joseph Sicari

New Chardon Street is a street in downtown Boston, Massachusetts, United States, north of Government Center. It begins at Cambridge Street at Bowdoin Square, across from Bowdoin Street. The two-way street continues east across Congress Street, ending at Haymarket Square with access to the Sumner and Callahan Tunnels (Route 1A) and the Central Artery (I-93/U.S. 1/Route 3), as well as local access to Washington Street North and the Surface Artery.

100 Cambridge Street, formerly the Leverett Saltonstall Building, is a high-rise building located in the Government Center district of Boston, Massachusetts. The building stands at 396 feet (121 m) with 22 floors. It was completed in 1965 and underwent major renovation and expansion in the early 2000s. The building is just a few feet shorter than the 400-foot (122 m) height required for inclusion on the list of tallest buildings in Boston. The architectural firm that designed the building was Emery Roth & Sons. The building is notable for its distinctive International style architecture. The building was named in 1969 for former Massachusetts governor and United States Senator Leverett Saltonstall until its closure in 1999. When first opened it housed state offices; it now houses a mix of residential, commercial, and state tenants. Since October 2017, it has been the home of Sattler College.

The Garden of Peace in Boston, Massachusetts, is a memorial commemorating victims of homicide and a living reminder of the impact of violence. It is a visual testament to the need for eliminating violence. The Garden of Peace, is a memorial to homicide victims. It is a symbol of hope for peace and renewal in our lives, our community, and the world. The central feature of the memorial is a dry streambed containing smooth river stones engraved with the names of victims of homicide. The stream flows from a large, granite lens, "Tragic Density," that symbolizes the enormous weight of sadness and grief experienced and endured by the survivors. The streambed moves through the Garden and culminates in a cascade of water into a pool out of which rises "Ibis Ascending", a skyward sculpture representing hope. The seat walls throughout the Garden, also engraved with victims' names, offer a place to sit and reflect. It is a special place where families, friends, and the greater community can remember and celebrate the lives of those taken by violence. The Garden of Peace encourages change by raising awareness and by serving as an anti-violence educational tool. Local and statewide violence prevention and community-building organizations are welcome and incorporate visits to the Garden into their educational programs. Visitors to Boston are invited to enjoy the beauty of the Garden's park-like setting and to make the experience of the site part of their visit to historic Boston.Each year the Board of Directors and volunteers organize an event to dedicate the new names of homicide victims being added to the Garden. The Honor Program is usually held on the third Thursday in September.

The Boston Government Service Center (BGSC) is a state government complex in the West End of Boston, Massachusetts. The center was designed in the Brutalist style, led by architect Paul Rudolph. It is one of the major components of the Government Center complex in Downtown Boston. The complex is made up of two connected Brutalist buildings: the Charles F. Hurley Building and the Erich Lindemann Building, as well as a courtyard; sometimes included is the newer, 1998-built, Edward W. Brooke Courthouse. The Hurley and Lindemann buildings are designated Category Two buildings in Boston, holding major significance for the city. The site is eligible for the state and national registers of historic places, and as a Boston Landmark. Its association with Rudolph and its extreme architectural style make it a possible National Historic Landmark.

The Edward W. Brooke Courthouse is a city courthouse in Boston, Massachusetts. The courthouse, part of the Boston Government Service Center, was built in 1998. It holds the Central Division of the Boston Municipal Court, as well as the court's administrative offices. The building was designed by Kallmann McKinnell & Wood and is named after Edward W. Brooke.The first departments moved into the space in January 1999. They were to include: the Suffolk Registry of Deeds, the Land Court, the Probate and Family Court, the Housing Court, and the Juvenile Court.

The Boston Municipal Court (BMC), officially the Boston Municipal Court Department of the Trial Court, is a department of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. The court hears criminal, civil, mental health, restraining orders, and other types of cases. The court also has an appellate division (composed of justices that sit in rotating panels of three) which reviews questions of law that arise from civil matters filed in the eight divisions of the department.

Temple Street Park is a .06-acre (0.024 ha) park in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. The park is owned by the City of Boston and maintained by The Friends of Temple St Park. Suffolk reached an agreement with the Beacon Hill Civic Association, the Beacon Hill Garden Club, the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department, and residents of Temple Street, to purchase the park in 2002. The park was then sold to the city. Suffolk, the city, and the Temple Street Association funded a renovation in 2006. The Friends of Temple St Park was formed in 2018 to help maintain and beautify this small gem of a pocket park.
