Garden Hill (Hong Kong)

The North Kowloon Magistracy (北九龍裁判法院 / 北九龍裁判司署 before 1 July 1997) is a historic building and former Magistrate's Court located at No. 292, Tai Po Road, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The building was erected in 1960 and served the community for over 44 years. The Magistracy used to handle cases in the Kowloon District, which covers Mong Kok, Sham Shui Po, Shek Kip Mei, Cheung Sha Wan and Ho Man Tin, and could be considered one of the busiest in Hong Kong. It was closed in 2005 due to cost saving policy of the government and consolidation of magistracies from nine to six. In February 2009, the government declared that the building will be converted into the Hong Kong campus of the Savannah College of Art and Design. It operated as the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) (Hong Kong) from September 2010 until 1 June 2020. The Government took over the historic building after the expiry of the tenancy on 1 August 2020.

The Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC; Chinese: 賽馬會創意藝術中心) is a multi-disciplinary arts centre in Shek Kip Mei, Hong Kong, housed in a converted nine-storey factory estate. JCCAC was established through the co-operation of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) and the Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) and is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). It is funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and is supported by the Home Affairs Bureau. The JCCAC officially opened on 26 September 2008 as a self-financed registered charity.

Pak Tin Estate (Chinese: 白田邨) is a public housing estate in Shek Kip Mei, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong, located between Shek Kip Mei Estate and Chak On Estate.

Chan Shu Kui Memorial School (Chinese: 陳樹渠紀念中學) is a secondary school in Yau Yat Chuen, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The building has about 7,000 square metres (75,000 sq ft) of space. A DSS school sponsored by Chan Shu Kui Memorial School School Management Committee Limited, it opened in 1973, and admits both boys and girls.

Maria College (Chinese: 瑪利亞書院), Registration No.215287, was established in 1976. The College is headquartered in the Prince Edward campus in the Lee May Building in Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

Precious Blood Hospital (Caritas) (Chinese: 寶血醫院（明愛）) is a private hospital in Hong Kong, located at No. 113 Castle Peak Road in the Sham Shui Po area of West Kowloon. It is a Roman Catholic Christian hospital, run by the Caritas group, as is Canossa Hospital.

Tonkin Street (Chinese: 東京街) is a street between Sham Shui Po and Cheung Sha Wan of New Kowloon in Hong Kong. It runs northeast to southwest and crosses many major roads in the Cheung Sha Wan area. After extensive reclamation in West Kowloon during the 1990s, an extension Tonkin Street West (東京街西) was built.

The Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb Museum is composed of a brick tomb (E. Han or slightly later) and an exhibition hall adjacent to it. It is located at 41 Tonkin Street, in Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po District, in the northwestern part of the Kowloon Peninsula of Hong Kong.

VISTA (Chinese: 海峯) is a private housing estate in Fuk Wa Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong, near Sham Shui Po station. Being one of the tallest buildings in Sham Shui Po area, it consists of one residential building with a total of 173 units. It was jointly developed by Sino Land and Urban Renewal Authority in 2009.

Nam Cheong Street (Chinese: 南昌街) is a street in Shek Kip Mei and Sham Shui Po, Sham Shui Po District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It begins in the north at Lung Ping Road and Yan Ping Road in Shek Kip Mei and terminates in the south at Tung Chau Street and Boundary Street in Sham Shui Po.

The Sham Shui Po District Council is the district council for the Sham Shui Po District in Hong Kong. It is one of 18 such councils. The Sham Shui Po District Council currently consists of 25 members, of which the district is divided into 25 constituencies, electing a total of 25 members. The last election was held on 24 November 2019.

Lei Cheng Uk Estate (Chinese: 李鄭屋邨; Jyutping: lei5 zeng6 nguk1 cyun1) is a public housing estate and Tenants Purchase Scheme estate in Lei Cheng Uk, downhill from Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, located near the So Uk Estate. Since the redevelopment in 1980s, the estate consists of 10 residential buildings completed in 1984, 1989 and 1990 respectively. In 2002, some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 5. The estate is now managed by Hong Kong Housing Society.
