The Jefferson Avenue Historic District was formed in 1998 and encompasses all structures between 25th and 27th streets on Jefferson Avenue in Ogden, Utah, United States.

The U.S. Forest Service Building is a historic building within the Ogden Central Bench Historic District in Ogden, Utah, United States, owned by the United States federal government. Located at 507 25th Street, it is listed as a Historic Federal Building (GSA Building #: UT0010ZZ), and was constructed during the years 1933–1934. Its primary task was to provide offices for the U.S. Forest Service Intermountain Region, the Experimental Station, and the Supply Depot. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The Bigelow Hotel is a historic hotel located at 2510 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah, United States. Opened in 1927, it was known from 1933-2017 as the Ben Lomond Hotel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is notable for its Italian Renaissance Revival architectural significance and as the setting of historical events. The hotel was a member of Choice Hotels' Ascend Collection. In 2019 it was converted to The Bigelow Apartments.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It was funded as a Public Works Administration project. It was designed by architects Hodgson and McClenahan in Art Deco style and built by George A. Whitmeyer & Sons. It is built of warm brick and glazed terra cotta.Its nomination claims that "In many ways it is a 'typical' Art Deco example, resembling the Syracuse Lighting Company Office Building (1932), in Syracuse, New York", but frankly it is a great deal less spectacular than that extraordinary example.

Piers (1922–1997) and built in 1968. It is 230 by 80 feet (70 m × 24 m) in plan.Others involved in its creation are Kenneth E. Hasenoehrl and Donald W. Mathewson as associate architects, and Edmund W. Allen.Piers also received assistance from Charlotte, North Carolina-based Galvin-Van Buren Associates.

Browning Apartments is a historic three-story building in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1916 for investor George Emmett Browning, who served as the mayor of Ogden from 1925 to 1927. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he was also the president of its Weber stake for sixteen years. The building was designed in the Prairie School style, and Browning resided in apartment 3 from 1930 to 1948. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 19, 1985.
