Ogden/Weber Municipal Building

The Bigelow Hotel is a historic hotel located at 2510 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah, United States. Opened in 1927, it was known from 1933-2017 as the Ben Lomond Hotel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is notable for its Italian Renaissance Revival architectural significance and as the setting of historical events. The hotel was a member of Choice Hotels' Ascend Collection. In 2019 it was converted to The Bigelow Apartments.

A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he was also the president of its Weber stake for sixteen years. The building was designed in the Prairie School style, and Browning resided in apartment 3 from 1930 to 1948. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 19, 1985.

The U.S. Forest Service Building is a historic building within the Ogden Central Bench Historic District in Ogden, Utah, United States, owned by the United States federal government. Located at 507 25th Street, it is listed as a Historic Federal Building (GSA Building #: UT0010ZZ), and was constructed during the years 1933–1934. Its primary task was to provide offices for the U.S. Forest Service Intermountain Region, the Experimental Station, and the Supply Depot. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Geffas was also the owner of the City Cafe, the Elite Cafe, and the Streetcar Lunch. He lived in the building with his wife, née Katie Storey and their three daughters; he died in 1955. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987.
