Missouri Baptist Medical Center, known locally as MoBap, is a hospital in Town and Country, Missouri. Its origins were in 1884 when Dr. William H. Mayfield opened his home to patients. In 1886 it opened as the Missouri Baptist Sanitarium. In 1892, it offered ambulance service via horse and carriage. A Nursing Training School opened in 1895.As of 2006, the facility had 489 beds and 3000 employees. It is part of BJC HealthCare.

Temple Emanuel is a Reform synagogue located at 12166 Conway Road, near the corner of New Ballas Road, in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Organized in 1956, it is affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism (UAHC). It has a membership of 300 families. The Temple is notable not only for its size, but for its unique modern architecture.

Covenant Theological Seminary, informally called Covenant Seminary, is the denominational seminary of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, it trains people to work as leaders in church positions and elsewhere, especially as pastors, missionaries, and counselors. It does not require all students to be members of the PCA, but it is bound to promote the teachings of its denomination. Faculty must subscribe to the system of biblical doctrine outlined in the Westminster Standards.

Christian Brothers College High School (CBC High School) is a Lasallian Catholic college preparatory school for young men in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Louis and is owned and operated by the De La Salle Christian Brothers Midwest District and is the second oldest Lasallian school in the United States.

Visitation Academy of St. Louis is a private, all-girls, Roman Catholic school in Town and Country, Missouri (St. Louis postal address), in the Archdiocese of Saint Louis. It is a work of the Visitation Sisters who founded it in 1833.

Missouri Baptist University (MBU) is a private Southern Baptist university in Creve Coeur, Missouri. It is one of three universities of the Missouri Baptist Convention. The main campus is located on a 68-acre site near Creve Coeur and Town and County in West St Louis County, off highway 64-40. There are currently 12 MBU locations including its regional learning centers throughout the St. Louis region and Illinois. The school enrolled 5,309 students in 2019.

The Jung-Kellogg Learning Center (JKL) is the library and learning commons of Missouri Baptist University in Creve Coeur, Missouri. It is a member of the Bridges cluster of the MOBIUS Consortium, a network of libraries in the state of Missouri. This building was made possible by donations from Dr. J. Marshall Jung and Dr. Frank Kellogg. It is for these two longtime supporters of the university that the building is named. Originally called the Jung-Kellog Library, it was renamed to the Jung-Kellogg Learning Center after undergoing a major renovation during the summer of 2019. The newly renovated learning center officially reopened on October 18, 2019. For the renovation, the library underwent a significant reduction in its physical collection

Country Life Acres is a village in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 74 at the 2010 census.

St. Louis County is located in the eastern-central portion of Missouri. It is bounded by the City of St. Louis and the Mississippi River to the east, the Missouri River to the north, and the Meramec River to the south. At the 2020 census, the total population was 1,004,125, making it the most populous county in Missouri. Its county seat is Clayton. The county is included in the St. Louis, MO–IL metropolitan statistical area. After Great Britain took over former French territory east of the Mississippi River, many ethnic French colonists moved west. They settled the area of St. Louis County and founded the city of St. Louis in the late 1700s. The US acquired this territory in 1803 with the Louisiana Purchase. In 1877 residents of the City of St. Louis voted to separate from the county and become an independent city. In the 1960s, with growing suburban development of Greater St. Louis, the county's population overtook that of the city for the first time. Restructuring of industry resulted in job and population declines in the city, and the county has continued to expand. Through the decades changing conditions have led many business and political leaders to propose merging the city and county as a single government. In 2019 there was an effort to put the issue to a state-wide vote, but it did not get on a ballot.

Westwood Country Club is a country club in Westwood, Missouri, in central St. Louis County, Missouri. Westwood Country Club is one of the top four elite St. Louis area country clubs, along with St. Louis Country Club, and, with Old Warson Country Club and Bellerive Country Club, one of the "big four" elite St. Louis clubs. Membership is about 650 families, mostly (although no longer entirely) Jewish.The par-72 18-hole golf course was designed by Harold Paddock and built in 1928. The course was more recently renovated under the direction of golf architect Keith Foster. There are four Har-Tru and six Deco Turf tennis courts and an Olympic-size swimming pool.The club was founded in 1907 specifically to provide a Jewish country club for the St. Louis area, during a time when most country clubs excluded Jews from membership. It was first built in the town of Glendale. By 1927 many of the members' households had moved westward to the Central West End and the towns of Clayton and Ladue, so farmland was purchased in what is now Westwood and a new club built, with the course designed by Paddock and the clubhouse by the firm of Maritz and Young. There were, at that time, also riding stables. We do not participate in things like [disclosing the slope rating of the golf course], because Westwood is a very, very private club. I don't think the members would want their club featured with any type of prominence. It's just not consistent with who we are. The club maintains a low public profile (there is no sign at the entrance, and the address was unpublished until recently) and a refined ambiance; conducting business on the premises is frowned upon. Membership criteria remains rather selective, favoring successive generations of families.The club was ranked 29th in the 2012 Platinum Clubs of America list of top full-service country clubs.
