Quarry Bay is an area beneath Mount Parker in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island, in Hong Kong. The western portion of the area was also formerly known as Lai Chi (麗池). Traditionally being an industrial and residential area, the number of commercial buildings in this district has increased since the 1990s. Quarry Bay is bordered by Sai Wan Ho to the east, Mount Parker to the south, North Point to the west, and Victoria Harbour to the north. Administratively, it is part of Eastern District. Quarry Bay is considered as an area surrounded by Kornhill Road to the east, Hong Shing Street and Mount Parker Road to the south, Junction of King's Road and Healthy Street West to the west, and Taikoo Wan Road to the north.

Taikoo Place (Chinese: 太古坊; Jyutping: taai3 gu2 fong1; pinyin: Tàigǔfāng) is a commercial building complex located in Quarry Bay, east Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It comprises grade A office towers, car parking, clubs, office apartment, parks, and shops to meet the needs from business people worldwide. Island line (MTR) are available alongside Taikoo Place, Cityplaza and Taikoo Shing. These three complexes are all managed by Swire Properties since the beginning from Taikoo Sugar Refinery, the subsequent Taikoo Dockyard and the recent demolitions of the industrial buildings.

One Island East is a skyscraper in Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

Tai Koo (Chinese: 太古; pinyin: Tàigǔ; Cantonese Yale: Taaigú) is a station on the Island line of the Hong Kong MTR system. The station is located in Kornhill, Quarry Bay on Hong Kong Island and serves the area including Kornhill, Kornhill Gardens and Taikoo Shing. Tai Koo has a unique crimson livery and is one of the busiest stations in the system.The station was named for Taikoo Shing, the large-scale residential development built on the former site of Taikoo Dockyard, a Swire company, "Taikoo" being the Romanisation of the latter's Chinese name.

Kornhill and Kornhill Gardens are apartment buildings on the northern slope of Mount Parker, in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Kornhill is a private housing estate and Kornhill Gardens is a Private Sector Participation Scheme estate. The total population is approximately 30,000.

Quarry Bay (Chinese: 鰂魚涌) is a station on the Island line and Tseung Kwan O line of the MTR in Quarry Bay on Hong Kong Island. The station livery is teal green.

Taikoo Dockyard and Engineering Company (Chinese: 太古船塢) was a dockyard in what is now Taikoo Shing, MTR Tai Koo station and part of Taikoo Place of Quarry Bay on the Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong.

Canossa College (Chinese: 嘉諾撒書院) is a Catholic, all-girls' school, founded in 1959. Canossa College is funded by the Government as a subsidised school.

Cityplaza (Chinese: 太古城中心) is an office and shopping development, developed by Swire Properties, at 18 Taikoo Shing Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong. It is adjacent to Taikoo Place, another office complex developed by Swire. The six-level shopping centre, connected to Tai Koo station, houses more than 170 shops, restaurants, a cinema and an indoor ice rink. In 2018, Swire Properties sold two of the office towers, previously Cityplaza 3 and 4, to Hengli Group and real estate investors Gaw Capital Partners. Two years later, Gaw Capital partnered with Schroder Pamfleet to buying the remaining office tower linked to the mall, Cityplaza 1.

Taikoo Shing or Tai Koo Shing (Cantonese pronunciation: [tʰāːi.kǔː sȅŋ]), is a private residential development in Quarry Bay, in the eastern part of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is a part of Swire's property business, along with Taikoo Place, the adjacent Cityplaza retail and office complex and EAST, a lifestyle business hotel.

King's Road is a major east–west road along the north of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, stretching from Causeway Bay (Tin Hau), where it joins Causeway Road, to Sai Wan Ho, where it joins Shau Kei Wan Road.

Braemar Hill (Chinese: 寶馬山; Jyutping: bou2 maa5 saan1) is a hill with a height of 200 metres (660 ft) south of Braemar Point on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. The hill was likely named after the Scottish village of Braemar by British officials. Contrary to popular belief, the peak of Braemar Hill lies on the eastern end of Braemar Hill Road instead of the western end, where the ascent towards Red Incense Summit is noticeably steeper. Hikers often misidentify Red Incense Summit and nearby hilltops as the peak of Braemar Hill. The north and western sides of this hill are largely residential, consisting primarily of private upmarket real estate. Because of its convenient location and high real estate prices, Braemar Hill is considered one of the more affluent neighbourhoods in the city.
