Eustis Commercial Historic District

The Inland Lakes Railway, later known as Florida Rail Adventures, was a tourist railroad located in the northwestern portion of Central Florida. The railway operated several excursion trains ranging from a five course dinner train to sightseeing excursions throughout Lake and Orange Counties. The company operated through a lease agreement with the Florida Central Railroad, the owner of the tracks. Trains operated between the towns of Mount Dora, Tavares, Eustis, Lake Jem, and Orlando. Florida Rail Adventures no longer operates and has been divesting itself of equipment.

Ferran Park and the Alice McClelland Memorial Bandshell (also known as the Eustis Bandshell) is a historic site in Eustis, Florida. It is located at the junction of Ferran Park Road and Orange Avenue, on Lake Eustis. On June 23, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. On July 6, 2005, it became a contributing property to the Eustis Commercial Historic District.

The Woman's Club of Eustis is a historic woman's club in Eustis, Florida, United States. It is located at 227 North Center Street. On August 5, 1991, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Clifford House (also known as the Clifford-Taylor House) is a historic home in Eustis, Florida, United States. It is located at 536 North Bay Street. On April 4, 1975, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was owned by G.D. Clifford, an early settler and local merchandiser.Construction began in 1910 and completed in 1911, the 4,500 sq ft (420 m2). Clifford house has 18 rooms and is home to the Eustis Historical Museum & Preservation Society, which was founded in 1983.

Eustis is a city in Lake County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 23,189 at the 2020 census. The City of Eustis holds a festival every year which begins on the last Friday of February and runs through Sunday and has been held since 1902. This festival, referred to simply as GeorgeFest, is recognized today as the longest ongoing annual event held in honor of George Washington, first President of the United States.

The Moses J. Taylor House, also known as the Dreamspinner Bed and Breakfast Inn, is a historic home in Eustis, Florida that has been operated as a bed and breakfast since about 1997. It was built in about 1881 as a two-and-a-half-story private home with elements of Italianate architecture. It was on a large property surrounded by citrus groves of the Taylor family until the land was split off for residential subdivisions built in the 1950s and 1960s.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The property then included four non-contributing structures in addition to the one contributing building.Moses J. Taylor was involved in the incorporation of Eustis as a town and served as its first town clerk.Italianate elements of the house include a cornice with decorative brackets, chamfered columns on its wraparound porch, and pedimented windows and doors. Its gable ends include jig-sawn truss work that is described as Gothic Revival in style.

Eustis High School is the local high school for the city of Eustis, Florida, United States. Located at 1300 E Washington Ave Eustis, FL 32726. Athletic teams are the Panthers. The school is a member of the Lake County Schools district.

LaRoe Family Homestead Historic District is a historic district in Eustis, Florida, near the corner of West County Road 44 and East Orange Avenue. It consists of a complex of buildings, nine of which (constructed between 1880 and 1949) are contributing properties to the district. They include the primary residence and various farm buildings. The architecture in the district is a combination of Late 19th and 20th Century Revival and Colonial Revival. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 29, 2009.The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on June 29, 2009, and the listing was announced as the featured listing in the National Park Service's weekly list of July 19, 2009.
