The Dodger Dog is a hot dog named after the Major League Baseball franchise that sells them (the Los Angeles Dodgers). It is a 10 inch pork wiener wrapped in a steamed bun. The hot dog is sold at Dodger Stadium located in Los Angeles, California. According to the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council, the projected number of 2011 season hot dogs sold at Dodger Stadium was 2 million—establishing Dodger Dogs as the leader in hot dog sales of all those sold in Major League Baseball ballparks.There are two lines for Dodger Dog vendors: steamed or grilled. The vendors of the grilled dogs are typically located near the back wall of the stadium so that the smoke doesn't overwhelm the baseball fans. The grilled Dogs are considered the "classic" version. Until 2021, they were known as "Farmer John Dodger Dogs". Starting with the 2021 MLB Los Angeles Dodgers season, the iconic "Dodger Dog" is being supplied to Dodger Stadium by Vernon, California based Papa Cantella's.

Charlie James Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. The gallery’s focus leans toward political work that in some way questions or comments on issues of contemporary cultural significance. The gallery has invested in culture jammers of international reputation like Steve Lambert, art world provocateurs like William Powhida, and mid-career conceptual artists like Ray Beldner and Walter Robinson. The gallery also cares about work that addresses issues of contemporary identity, exhibiting Iranian-American artists Ala Ebtekar and Taravat Talepasand and feminist artist Orly Cogan.

Coagula Curatorial is a contemporary art gallery founded in April 2012 by Mat Gleason, Los Angeles art critic & curator. From 1992-2011, Gleason published Coagula Art Journal, a free zine-style publication on contemporary art, which gained notoriety for its "no holds barred" critique of the contemporary art world. Following the same spirit as the magazine, the gallery opened on Los Angeles' historic Chung King Road and has hosted solo shows by contemporary artists such as Karen Finley, Kim Dingle, Gronk (artist), Llyn Foulkes, Sheree Rose and others. The gallery also utilizes guest curators, who have included other prominent artists in Coagula exhibitions such as: John Fleck, Diane Gamboa, Germs, Peter Shelton, Gajin Fujita, Sue de Beer, Rafael Reyes (artist) and others. Coagula Curatorial's inaugural exhibit in April 2012 for artist Tim Youd garnered press for being "sexually explicit".In July 2012, legendary performance artist Karen Finley performed her first Los Angeles performance in 14 years at the gallery.In October 2012, TimeOut LA called Coagula Curatorial one of LA's "Most Stylish Galleries".In December 2013, artist Kim Dingle was quoted by the Los Angeles Times as calling Coagula Curatorial "edgy" and "free", as well as describing gallerist Mat Gleason as "an artist's gallerist".

Dodger Stadium is a baseball stadium in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It is the home stadium of Major League Baseball's Los Angeles Dodgers. Opened in 1962, it was constructed in less than three years at a cost of US$23 million (US$206 million in 2020 dollars). It is the oldest ballpark in MLB west of the Mississippi River, and third-oldest overall, after Fenway Park in Boston (1912) and Wrigley Field in Chicago (1914), and is the largest baseball stadium in the world by seat capacity. Often referred to as a "pitcher's ballpark", the stadium has seen 13 no-hitters, two of which were perfect games. The stadium hosted the Major League Baseball All-Star Game in 1980—and will host in 2022—as well as games of 10 World Series (1963, 1965, 1966, 1974, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1988, 2017 and 2018). It also hosted the semifinals and finals of the 2009 and 2017 World Baseball Classics, as well as exhibition baseball during the 1984 Summer Olympics. It will also host baseball and softball during the 2028 Summer Olympics. The stadium hosted a soccer tournament on August 3, 2013, featuring four clubs: the hometown team Los Angeles Galaxy, and Europe's Real Madrid, Everton, and Juventus. The Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks played a regular season game in 2014 as part of the NHL Stadium Series. It is sometimes referred to as “Blue Heaven on Earth,” a nickname coined by Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda.

Chung King Road, along with Chung King Court containing a water fountain in its center, is a pedestrian street complex in the northwest corner of Chinatown, Los Angeles. This street is a part of "New Chinatown," built in the 1930s and 1940s, and was the location of mostly Chinese specialty shops, importers of Chinese art objects, and Chinese benevolent associations. In the late 1990s many of the storefronts were sitting unused, and several of them were converted into art galleries and art studios. With its nearly weekly schedule of art gallery exhibition openings, Chung King Road is now one of the centers of art and nightlife in Downtown Los Angeles. Annual events include Chinese New Year and the Golden Dragon Parade, The Moon Festival, KCRW's Chinatown Summer Nights, the closing party of LA's Design Week and the Perform! Now! Festival.

The Chinatown West Gate is installed in Los Angeles' Chinatown neighborhood, in the U.S. state of California. Installed in 1938, the structure exhibits traditional Chinese design and displays characters which translate to "Cooperate to Achieve". The gate has 150-year-old camphor wood from China. After being nominated by the Los Angeles Conservancy, the West Gate was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.

Stealing Home: The Point of No Return is a bronze statue of baseball great Jackie Robinson which was unveiled outside Dodger Stadium on April 15, 2017, the 70th anniversary of Robinson's breaking of the color barrier in Major League Baseball. In 1947, Robinson become the first African-American to play in Major League Baseball during the modern era. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1947 to 1956 and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962. His historical first is commemorated on Jackie Robinson Day each year.

A bronze statue of Sandy Koufax was unveiled outside Dodger Stadium on June 18, 2022. Koufax was a Hall of Fame pitcher for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers from 1955 to 1966 and is widely considered to be one of the greatest pitchers of all-time.

The Chinatown East Gate (also known as the Gate of Maternal Virtues) is installed in Los Angeles' Chinatown neighborhood, in the U.S. state of California. The structure was installed in 1939, one year after the dedication of Central Plaza and the installation of the Chinatown West Gate. It was commissioned by Y.C. Hong to commemorate his mother. The East Gate has been designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
