Torrimar station

Colegio Rosa Bell is a private, co-educational school located in the Torrimar area in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The school is accredited by the Puerto Rico Department of Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and holds membership in the Asociación de Educación Privada de Puerto Rico, CITA and the College Board.

The Complejo Deportivo Torrimar (English: Torrimar Sports Complex) is a 1,000-seat multi-sport facility in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. It is accessible by the Tren Urbano via Torrimar station.

Jardines is a rapid transit station in San Juan agglomeration, Puerto Rico. It is located between Deportivo and Torrimar stations on the sole line of the Tren Urbano system, in Bayamón. The station is located in Juan Sánchez barrio, close to the municipal border with Guaynabo, and it is named after the Jardines de Caparra neighborhood, located nearby. The trial service ran in 2004, however, the regular service only started on 6 June 2005.

Colegio Marista de Guaynabo is a private Roman Catholic high school in Puerto Rico conducted by the Marist Brothers. It is one of the many Marist schools that take place within 80 countries around the world, being this one the first one to be located in the island of Puerto Rico.

The Tren Urbano (English: Urban Train) is a 10.7-mile (17.2 km) fully-automated rapid transit system that serves the municipalities of San Juan, Guaynabo, and Bayamón, in Puerto Rico. The Tren Urbano consists of 16 stations operating on 10.7 miles (17.2 km) of track along a single line. In 2021, the system had a ridership of 1,649,500, or about 9,500 per weekday as of the third quarter of 2022. The Tren Urbano complements other forms of public transportation services in the San Juan metropolitan area such as the Metropolitan Bus Authority, the Cataño Ferry, taxis, and shuttles. The entire mass transportation system is operated by the Integrated Transit Authority (ATI), The Tren Urbano system is operated by Alternate Concepts, Inc. (ACI). Tren Urbano is also the Caribbean's first rapid transit system.

Academia San José High School was a Christian school, located in Villa Caparra, Puerto Rico. The school was officially shut down in May 2021 after years of financial issues.

Caparra is an archaeological site in the municipality of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. It was declared a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 1994. The site contains the remains of the first Spanish capital of the island, settled in 1508 and abandoned in 1521. It represents the oldest known European settlement on United States territory.The site is on the grounds of the Museum of the Conquest and Colonization of Puerto Rico (Museo de la Conquista y Colonización), which features artifacts from the site and other archaeological sites in Puerto Rico.

Martínez Nadal is a rapid transit station in San Juan agglomeration, Puerto Rico. It is located between Torrimar and Las Lomas stations on the sole line of the Tren Urbano system, in the Monacillo Urbano district of the city of San Juan close to the municipal border with Guaynabo. The station is named after the PR-20 highway located nearby, itself named after politician Rafael Martínez Nadal. The trial service ran in 2004, however, the regular service only started on 6 June 2005.

The Parque José “Pepito” Bonano is located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and is a sports facility used mainly for baseball, and soccer. It is used by Puerto Rico Soccer League's Guaynabo Fluminense FC for its soccer games.

United States Army Garrison Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, is a United States Army installation in Puerto Rico. It is located in the metropolitan area of the capital, San Juan.

San Patricio Plaza is a 640,000 square feet (59,000 m2) three-level enclosed shopping mall located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The mall is located at the intersection of PR-2, PR-23, and PR-20, and has over 120 stores with its anchors being T.J. Maxx, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Capri, Walgreens, PetSmart, Caribbean Cinemas and Office Depot, with one vacant anchor spot last occupied by Kmart.
