The Rosemont Theatre is a concert hall in Rosemont, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The venue, which has seats for 4,400 people, opened in 1995 and hosts many different musical artists and shows. It is located near O'Hare International Airport, Fashion Outlets of Chicago, Allstate Arena and Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Fashion Outlets of Chicago is an enclosed outlet mall located in Rosemont, Illinois, United States. Located within the Chicago metropolitan area, the mall lies east of Interstate 294 and O'Hare International Airport and is adjacent to Rosemont Theatre. Opening on August 1, 2013, the mall is owned by Macerich, and was co-developed by AWE Talisman. Featuring more than 140 stores, the mall was noted for its differences from a regular outlet mall. The mall totals 530,000 sq ft (49,000 m2), with anchor stores Bloomingdale's Outlet, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Forever 21 and Nordstrom Rack along with other retailers such as Gucci and Giorgio Armani. Because of its close proximity to O'Hare International Airport, the mall was self-touted as "the perfect layover destination", and by 2018, 57.6 million tourists had visited the mall.

Also known as The National, the convention has been held annually since 1980. It is considered to be among the largest and most well known sports collector shows, as the 2021 show drew approximately 100,000 attendees.

Anime Central (ACen) is an annual three-day anime convention held during May at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare & Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. The convention is organized by the Midwest Animation Promotion Society (MAPS).

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, formerly known as the Rosemont/O'Hare Exposition Center, is a convention center located in Rosemont, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Built in 1975, the center has exhibition space of 840,000 sq ft (78,000 m2) and parking available via a Skybridge connected parking garage, which is able to accommodate 8,000 vehicles. It is located near O'Hare International Airport, Allstate Arena, Rosemont Theatre, and Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The facility is named after the late mayor of Rosemont, Donald E. Stephens. Fan Expo Chicago (formerly Wizard World Chicago Comic Con, and commonly known as the Chicago Comicon), is a comic book convention held during the summer in Rosemont, Illinois, United States, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. It was traditionally a three-day event (Friday through Sunday), but in 2006, it expanded to four days (Thursday through Sunday). It was founded in 1972 as Nostalgia '72, Chicago Comic Con and later as the Chicago Comic and Nostalgia Convention by a local dealer (and school teacher) named Nancy Warner.Acquired by Wizard Entertainment in 1997, and Informa's Fan Expo unit in 2021, Fan Expo Chicago is among the larger comic book conventions in the United States, in third place for overall attendance at a single event. Originally showcasing comic books and related popular arts, the convention has expanded over the years to include a larger range of pop culture elements, such as professional wrestling, science fiction/fantasy, film and television, horror, animation, anime, manga, toys, collectible card games, video games, webcomics, and fantasy novels. From 1995 to 2006, it was also the home of the Wizard World Fan Awards.

On December 7, 2014, Midwest FurFest was targeted by a chlorine gas attack, hospitalizing 19 attendees. At the time, Midwest FurFest was the second-largest furry convention in the country, with over 5,400 attendees. The convention took place at the Hyatt hotel in Rosemont, Illinois from December 5 to December 7.

Anime Midwest is an annual three-day anime convention held during July at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. The convention is held in the same location as Anime Central.

Impact Field is a baseball park in Rosemont, Illinois, US, which is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. It is the home of the Chicago Dogs, an independent league baseball team playing in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. It opened in 2018, and seats 6,300 people. The ballpark features a double-sided digital scoreboard, which is visible to more than 70 million cars that travel on Interstate 294 each year. In 2013, Bradley Stephens, the mayor of Rosemont, proposed the area of Impact Field as a possible site for a new Chicago Cubs stadium. It is located near O'Hare International Airport, as well as Allstate Arena, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, and the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. In September 2017, Impact Networking, a provider of business technology services, purchased the naming rights to the ballpark over 12 years for an undisclosed sum.The Chicago Dogs played their first game at Impact Field on May 25, 2018. They lost to the visiting Kansas City T-Bones, 8–4, in front of a sell-out crowd of 6,317 people.

Rosemont, formerly River Road, is a Chicago "L" station at the intersection of River Road and I-190 in the suburb of Rosemont, Illinois. It is located in the median of I-190 with one island platform serving two tracks, 16 miles (26 km) northwest of The Loop. Trains are scheduled to depart from Rosemont every 2–7 minutes during rush-hour periods, and take about 36 minutes to travel to the Loop. The station is 7 blocks east and 2 blocks north of O'Hare International Airport. Rosemont is the busiest station outside the city limits of Chicago, with 2,090,977 passenger entries in 2014.

Foster Avenue (5200 N) is a major east-west street on the North Side of Chicago as well as the northwestern suburbs. Foster Avenue separates the Chicago lakefront neighborhoods of Edgewater to the north and Uptown to the south. Foster Avenue runs in Chicago from Lake Michigan on the east to East River Road (8800 W.) to the west and picks up again west of Des Plaines River Road to connect Chicago to O'Hare Airport. It carries U.S. Route 41 from Lake Shore Drive to Lincoln Avenue. It is named for early Chicago settler John H. Foster.
