Mount Eliza Secondary College is a public co-educational secondary school located in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia. As of 2023 the school caters to approximately 750 students in years 7 to 12 from the local area. There is a minute range of course options available to choose from in VCE, VCE VM and VET courses as well as combinations of each. It has a strong international programme bringing new students to the school each year from abroad.

The Moorooduc Quarry Flora and Fauna Reserve is located in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia and occupies approximately 27 hectares of land. There are entrances to the reserve located on Allison Road, Canadian Bay Road, Two Bays Road and Station Street near the Moorooduc Railway Station.

Daveys Bay is a small shallow bay of Port Phillip, located in Victoria, Australia. It is one of several small bays adjoining the town of Mount Eliza and is the closest region of the Shire of Mornington Peninsula to Melbourne. Daveys Bay is named after James Davey who built a jetty at the western end of the bay in the 1840s. Davey used the jetty to load his ketch with produce destined for the Melbourne markets. Davey's Bay Yacht Club, founded in 1909, is located at the jetty.The north-eastern shoreline of Daveys Bay features an exposure of the Manyung Fault, part of the main Selwyn Fault system.

Simon House is at 33 Daveys Bay Road, Mount Eliza in Melbourne, Australia. The house was constructed in the 1960s during the period of architectural experimentation on materiality and structure in houses. Simon House was the first project received on the day when Guilford Bell and Neil Clerehan opened their office in South Yarra. The Simons were Clerehan's partners but the house was a collaboration of partners. Therefore, the house has a mixture of both Clerehan and Bell's typical style of architecture.

Sunnyside North Beach is a clothes-optional beach located at Mount Eliza, Port Philip Bay, in the State of Victoria, Australia. It is designated as a legal nudist beach under the Nudity (Prescribed Areas) Act 1983. It is the only clothes-optional beach on the east side of Port Philip Bay.

Moorooduc railway station is located on Two Bays Road, Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia. The station is home to the Mornington Railway Preservation Society. Adjacent to the station is the Mount Eliza Regional Park which incorporates the Moorooduc Quarry Flora and Fauna Reserve. Moorooduc station has one platform, which terminates services on the line. Only one track is currently used for services, with the other five are for train maintenance, storage, repairs and locomotives changing ends.

Padua College is a Catholic co-educational Secondary College located in Victoria, Australia. The college derives its name from Franciscan friar Saint Anthony of Padua (1195–1231). The Mornington campus alone provides for Approx. 1,921 students from across the Mornington Peninsula. The college also has two smaller campuses that cater for students in years 7–9 in Rosebud and in Tyabb. Olivers Hill is a locality located in the City of Frankston, Victoria in Australia. It is the first major rise in terrain along the eastern coastline of Port Phillip, between Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. It was named after local Frankston fisherman, James Oliver, who built the first cottage atop the hill in the mid-19th century, from where he kept watch for fish in the waters below.It straddles the suburbs of Frankston and Frankston South, however its borders remain loosely defined. Real estate agents in Melbourne generally refer to any property along the Nepean Highway strip from the Frankston Waterfront in the north, to Humphries Road in the South, as being on Olivers Hill. Olivers Hill is one of the most sought after residential locations in Frankston, and has the most expensive real estate in the entire City of Frankston. It is also considered to have one of the top ten residential views in Melbourne. Property in the locality has sold for between A$3 and A$4 million in 2015, at the same time as the median house price in the suburb of Frankston being A$390,000.The hill is easily accessible from the Franskton Central Business District (just over 1 km to the north) by car and on foot via the Nepean Highway and from Cliff Road via Kars Street in Frankston South. It can also be reached by bus services 781, 784 and 785, departing from the Young Street public transport terminus in the Frankston CBD. Olivers Hill is also well known among Melbourne cyclists as being the halfway or turn around point for the 85 km ride from St Kilda along Beach Road, a famous Australian cycling route.

The Electoral district of Frankston South was an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Victoria. It was formed in 1985 when population increases in the Frankston area saw the Electoral district of Frankston divided into Frankston North and Frankston South. Both were abolished in 1992, with Frankston South mostly replaced by a recreated Frankston.

Tanti Park railway station is a single platform station located on Bungower Road, Mornington, Victoria, Australia. It is the middle stop of three currently serviced by the tourist Mornington Railway. Tanti Park opened on 18 June 1936 as Mornington Racecourse Platform,. It opened for general traffic on 12 April 1969, and was renamed Tanti Park on 19 December of that year. The current platform was provided in late 1977. Flashing light signals were also provided at the Bungower Road level crossing, located at the up end of the platform, in that year.Since mid-2009, the station has been unmanned. It is now a pickup and drop-off point for passengers travelling on the tourist railway. The ticket office is still present, but is not used. A former Rail Motor Stopping Place platform is located across the road from Tanti Park.
