Raštani, Mostar

Vrapčići are a suburban neighborhood in the City of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are part of the Northern metropolitan area. According to the 2013 census, the population was 3,266. The M-17 road goes right through Vrapčići and connects it with other northern suburbs and the city neighborhood of Zalik. The river Neretva forms the border to Raštani in the west, whereas it borders to Kuti, Livač and the Podveležje village of Dobrč to the east.This part of the city is home of the FK Velež Mostar soccer club. Besides its Rođeni stadium, other important landmarks are the White Mosque and the Sutina cemetery. The suburb is also famous for its weekend-market, which attracts vendors and buyers from all over Bosnia, and even other countries in the region.

Stadion Rođeni (English: Rođeni Stadium), previously known as Stadion Vrapčići (English: Vrapčići Stadium), is a football stadium in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been used by FK Velež Mostar since 1995. It is located in the northeastern part of the city, namely the Vrapčići suburb, and is principal stadium and the home-ground of FK Velež Mostar football club. The stadium takes its name from FK Velež's and its supporters' nickname "Rođeni" (English: "own", as in "our own"; literally "born"), and was decided after an online poll in 2017. At present stage of development, it can receive up to 7,000 supporters in attendance. The lack of funds and a slow process of country's recovery from the war, as well as complicated political ambient in the city and the country as a whole, all of which have influenced the scope and the tempo of stadium development.

Bishop's Ordinariate is a building in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina currently serving as a residence of the catholic Bishop of Mostar and it is situated in the western part of the city.It was built in 1906 and based on the 1902 drawings of Max (Maximilian) David. The building was designed in the spirit of the renaissance revival – an eclectic historical style in architecture at the transition between the 19th and the 20th century on the broader area of Austro-Hungarian territory. The decorative façade and the entire space are incorporated into a compound that reflects dignity and harmony typical of the Renaissance. The building consists of very simple right-angled triangle enhanced with the two expressive risalits at the ends of the building. It also includes a central cloister on the poles that places emphasis on the portal. The entire structure is placed on the elevated ground – above the level of the road – and the access to the building is made possible by the two staircases.

University Džemal Bijedić of Mostar (Bosnian: Univerzitet "Džemal Bijedić" u Mostaru / Универзитет "Џемал Биједић" у Мостару) is a public university located in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was established in 1977 and is named after Mostar-born Bosnian and Yugoslav politician Džemal Bijedić. It consists of eight faculties.

The Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (Serbian: Саборна Црква Свете Тројице, romanized: Saborna Crkva Svete Trojice) is a Serbian Orthodox cathedral church in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It served as the seat of the Eparchy of Zahumlje and Herzegovina from 1873 until its destruction during the siege of Mostar in 1992. The church was the work of the prominent architect Andrey Damyanov. It was built between 1863 and 1873. It has been under reconstruction since 2011. Ever since the reconstruction, the church was targeted by vandals and thieves motivated by prejudice and hostility.

Mostar railway station (Bosnian: Željeznička stanica Mostar) is a railway station located in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the eastern part of the city, near the Carinski Bridge, on Maršala Tita Street. The terminal also includes a bus station.

The Heliodrom camp (Serbo-Croatian: Logor Heliodrom, Логор Хелиодром) or Heliodrom prison was a detention camp that operated between September 1992 and April 1994. It was run by the Military Police of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia to detain Bosniaks, Serbs, and other non-Croats and was located at a former military facility of the JNA in Rodoč, south of the town of Mostar.

Muslibegović House is a national monument and a museum located in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The monument complex includes a residential building and two courtyards, including the surrounding walls with entrance gateways, and movable property. Some of its most valuable exhibits include the manuscript of the Qur'an made by Sami (pupil of Hajji Hafiz Muhamed Sevkije), levhas from 1855, and a decorated sabre from 1866. The residential complex of the Muslibegović family, located in Mostar's Brankovac mahala, dates from the second half of the 18th century.The main house was extended in the period between 1871 and 1872, when two rooms were added on the ground floor and two additional ones on the upper floor. This was also the time when the mutvak (summer kitchen), larder/storeroom and cistern were constructed - as evidenced by the building permit written in Turkish and issued by the Mostar beledija (municipality). According to a former building owner, Muhamed Muslibegović, the building works were carried out by a man referred to as Janjic, though the wood carvings, which took two years to complete, were imported from other regions. The house was commissioned by Mehmed Muslibegović, who owned extensive land properties, particularly in Popovo polje.The Muslibegović family house is considered one of the most significant examples of residential architecture of Ottoman-era Herzegovina. The complex has preserved its original residential use and ownership over the years.Today, the section of a building is used as hotel and it consists of twelve bedrooms. Expedia Travel declared the Muslibegović House as one of the world's best accommodations for 2010.

Mostar Youth Theatre (locally known as Mostarski Teatar Mladih or MTM) is a city-sponsored community theatre located in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Karađoz Bey Mosque (Bosnian: Karađoz-begova džamija, Turkish: Karagöz Mehmed Bey Camii) is a 16th-century Ottoman mosque in the city of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. With its big dome and high minaret, it is one of the largest mosques in the region.

The National Theatre Mostar (Bosnian: Narodno pozorište Mostar) is the largest public theatre in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where performances are held, as well as other arts events. It was officially founded on 28 November 1949 and the opening play was Matej Bora's Night at the Globoko (Odrpanci), directed by Safet Pašalić. It opened on 17 November 1951 as the first newly built theater building in Bosnia and Herzegovina after World War II, with a premiere of Hasanaginica directed by Sveto Milutinović.
