Kilmaley GAA

Kilmaley (Irish: Cill Mháille) is a village situated 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) west of the town of Ennis, County Clare, Ireland. The name "Kilmaley" came from the Irish language "Cill Mhaile" which translates to Church of (Saint) Maley.

Inch (Irish: An Inse) is a village in County Clare, in Ireland. Inch townland is located five minutes drive from the county council administrative centre, Ennis. The village is on the R474 Ennis to Milltown Malbay road. Inch has a church, primary school and several bed and breakfasts. No shops are left. The village of Inch is in the parish of Inch and Kilmaley in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Killaloe. Parish churches are Our Lady of the Wayside in Inch, St John the Baptist in Kilmaley and St Michael the Archangel in Connolly.

From Ennis the route continues in a north - west direction and terminates at the junction with the N67 at Ennistymon. It is located entirely in County Clare.

The estate, held by successive members of the gentry, contains a holy well, and has an associated legend concerning a mermaid. Connolly (Irish: Fíoch Rua) is a small village located in west County Clare, Ireland. It is 14 kilometres west south west of Ennis. The village is located on the R474 Ennis–Milltown Malbay road. Amenities in the village include a post office, the Roman Catholic church, and national school (founded 1905), located in the centre of the village. Other amenities include a shop/petrol station, a pub and an art gallery. Connolly also formerly (in the 1940s) had a creamery and a Garda station.

The Alice and Gwendoline Cave is a limestone cave in County Clare, Ireland. It is known as the site of brown bear bones bearing the mark of butchery, which have pushed back the first known human habitation of Ireland by over two thousand years.

County Clare was a constituency representing County Clare in the Irish House of Commons, the lower house in the Irish Parliament of the Kingdom of Ireland. It returned two members to the Parliament of Ireland from 1613 to 1800. In the Patriot Parliament of 1689 summoned by James II, Clare was represented with two members.Following the Acts of Union 1800, it was succeeded by the County Clare constituency in the United Kingdom House of Commons.
