Squatters Pub is a bar and restaurant with multiple locations in the U.S. state of Utah. Locations include Downtown Salt Lake City, Salt Lake International Airport, and Park City. The original location in Salt Lake City opened in 1989.The business was eventually acquired by Fireman Capital Partners and integrated into the CANarchy brand alongside several other notable regional craft brewers. In 2022 CANarchy was purchased for $330 million by Monster Beverage Corporation. As part of the deal, the brewpub locations in Utah were brought back under local control, and now operate under the brand name, Salt Lake Being Company. The eight locations continue to pour beer bearing the Squatters and Wasatch names.

The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center is a three-venue arts complex in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah that is home to various performing arts organizations, such as Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, the Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation, Plan-B Theatre Company, and the Sundance Film Festival. The Oregon Shortline Railroad Company Building in Salt Lake City, Utah, was built in 1897–98. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.It is a complex of three buildings, connected and all two-storied. The west-most one, at 134–142 Pierpont, was the original Salt Lake High School.It was architect Carl M. Neuhausen's first major commission, and its success greatly propelled his career.

The Sweet Candy Company Building was built in 1911 at 224 South 200 West in Salt Lake City, Utah, and expanded in 1922. Its original building, now the northern portion, was designed by Ware & Treganza in Early Commercial architecture. The 1922 expansion doubled the size of the combined property. It is historically significant for its association with the candy industry in Utah, and was built when the industry was automating. It is also significant for representing the commercial work of architects Ware & Treganza who are known mostly for their governmental and residential works.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

The Peery Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a 3-story Prairie style building that incorporates Classical Revival design elements. The hotel was designed by Charles B. Onderdonk and Irving Goodfellow and constructed in 1910 in what is now the city's Warehouse District. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.The Peery Hotel was constructed at a time of rapid growth in Salt Lake City, and its location was close to the new commercial center, including what is now the Exchange Place Historic District. The Denver and Rio Grande Depot and the Salt Lake City Union Pacific Depot were constructed about the same time as the Peery Hotel. The hotel was financed by members of the David Harold Peery family with funds from the Peery Estate. David Henry Peery, heir and oldest son of Harold Peery, had planned a smaller hotel for the site in 1907, but construction stopped prior to his death later that year. New hotel plans were drawn in 1909, and the Peery Hotel opened in 1910 under the direction of Peery's mother, Elizabeth Peery.Harry K. Miles leased the hotel in 1925, and in 1947 he purchased the property and named it the Miles Hotel.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.It is a two-story brick building whose three store spaces on its main floor long served ethnic minority businesses. It was designed by architect William Carroll, previously of Provo. It was built at cost of $5,000 for Ignazio Bertolini, an Italian-American real estate developer in Salt Lake City in the early 1890s.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.In 1983, its NRHP nomination asserted it to be "the best extant example in Utah of the vernacular form of the Italianate style which appeared in increasing numbers from the 1870s to the 1890s."

The Orrin G. Hatch United States Courthouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States is a federal courthouse located at 351 South West Temple Street in downtown Salt Lake City, on the corner of 400 South and West Temple. It is located behind the Frank E. Moss United States Courthouse. The building houses the United States District Court for the District of Utah. It opened in April 2014.The courthouse was designed by Thomas Phifer of the Thomas Phifer & Partners architectural firm in New York. While the courthouse has been named after US senator Orrin G. Hatch, locals have nicknamed it the "Borg Cube" after the Borg, the villainous alien race in Star Trek. The building's nickname was a reference to its cubical profile (the Borgs of Star Trek used cubical spaceships) and "austere aesthetic."
