The Scottish Rite Cathedral, at 3633 Lindell Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri, is a historic, significant building that was designed by architect William B. Ittner. It was completed in 1924. "A fine example of neo Classic style, the building has a frontage of 235 feet and is approached by a broad flight of steps. Its auditorium, which seats 3000 persons, is notable because no posts obstruct the view. Features are an extremely wide proscenium and a fine organ. The granite and limestone structure was erected at a cost of $2,000,000."

Pius XII Memorial Library is an academic library located on the Saint Louis University Frost Campus. Named after Pope Pius XII and built in 1959, it occupies 215,000 square feet and houses over 1.3 million volumes, including more than 30,000 rare books. It is the home of the Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library.

The Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library in St. Louis, Missouri is the only collection, outside the Vatican itself, of microfilms of more than 37,000 works from the Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, the Vatican Library in Europe. It is located in the Pius XII Memorial Library on the campus of Saint Louis University.

The Cooperative Institute for Precipitation Systems (CIPS) is a collaborative project headed by Saint Louis University to promote understanding of significant precipitation events. It originally focused on the Midwestern United States but expanded to include other areas, notably winter precipitation in the eastern U.S.

St. Francis Xavier College Church is a Catholic church in the Midtown neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, United States. The church was built by the Society of Jesus in 1836: the current building dates from 1884. It serves as a parish church in the Archdiocese of St. Louis and for the Saint Louis University community. It is a contributing property in the Midtown Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places and it is listed as a City Landmark in St. Louis.

The Samuel Cupples House is a historic mansion in St. Louis, Missouri, constructed from 1888 to 1890 by Samuel Cupples. It is now a museum on the campus of Saint Louis University. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business is the business school of Saint Louis University, a Jesuit, Catholic university located in St. Louis, Missouri. It is named after Richard Chaifetz, chairman and C.E.O. of ComPsych Corp., following his $27 million gift to the university. The school's Richard A. Chaifetz Center for Entrepreneurship consistently ranks in the Top 10 and, in 2010, was ranked "Top 5 for Entrepreneurs" by Fortune (magazine). The school's undergraduate business program ranks #71 in the US according to U.S. News & World Report. In 2019, four of the school's graduate programs were internationally ranked, including Entrepreneurship (No. 12), International Business (No. 13), Supply Chain Management (No. 15), and Accounting (No. 28). The business school was founded in 1910 and is the oldest business school west of the Mississippi River and 15th oldest in the United States. The Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business undergraduate and graduate programs are accredited by AACSB International—the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the premier accrediting agency for degree programs in business—in which it earned accreditation in 1948. Less than 5% of business schools worldwide have earned accreditation. The student body includes more than 1,700 undergraduates and graduates.

The Bather, also known as Sluzie In the Jacuzzi or The Floozie in the Jacuzzi, is a bronze sculpture by Gary Mauro, measuring at 77 inches (6 feet 5 inches or 1.9558 m) in length, located on the campus of Saint Louis University, Midtown, Missouri, along the pathway between Ritter Hall and Tegler Hall. The sculpture depicts a fully nude, toned, female figure stretched out in a pool of falling water. The figure's pose was made to resemble that of Michelangelo's work depicting God on the Sistine Chapel ceiling. The surface's rough texture was inspired by Auguste Rodin's finishing technique. The sculpture was completed in 1997, it was then bought by the University's president at the time, president Lawrence H. Biondi for $35200. Originally, the sculpture was intended to be a 13″ Marquette called Tara Reclining before a prominent art collector encouraged Mauro to create what is known today as The Bather.

The New Masonic Temple is a historic building in St. Louis, Missouri, built in 1926. Like many other buildings built for Freemason meeting places, it shows Classical Revival architecture. Named a city landmark in 1976, the 386,000-square-foot building stands 185 feet high and encloses more than six million cubic feet. There are 14 levels: six full floors and eight mezzanines.The Temple's ground was broken in 1923 and dedicated in 1926. Created by architectural company Eames & Young with consulting architect Albert B. Groves, it features classic Greek Ionic-style exterior architecture with various styles throughout the interior. The Masonic Temple is built in three receding stages, symbolic of the three steps in Masonry. Constructed of Bedford limestone with gray granite trim, the main lobby is finished in marble; other rooms have their original wool carpet. The building has an unfinished theater with 2,200 seats. The lobby contains a 38-foot mural titled “The Origins of Freemasonry”, which was created in 1941 by African American artist Jessie Housley Holliman. Dedicated by Senator Harry S. Truman, it is the only surviving mural by the noted artist in a St. Louis public building.Then-Senator and Freemason Grand Master Harry S. Truman kept an office in the building. Charles A. Lindbergh was initiated and participated as a mason at the Temple before his renowned 1927 flight. In 1980, Escape from New York with Ernest Borgnine filmed a scene on the Temple's steps. Borgnine, a Mason, attended Masonic meetings in the building. The ground and first floors and the first-floor mezzanine have areas where the general public is admitted only on days when a meeting is held, which is currently 10 per month. The second floor contains the Eastern Star quarters. Third and fourth floors and their mezzanines were designed to house the Blue Lodges with the potential for eight Blue Lodge halls. The four halls and the fourth floor were not completed, and one area on the third floor was made into a dining room. Fifth and sixth floors were designed to house three of the York Rite organizations, which are known as the Chapter, Council, and the Commandery. Most of the building is non-sectarian, but the fifth floor features Christian symbolism. The fifth level hall is 100’ long, 75’ wide and 48’ high.

The Center for Global Citizenship (CGC), previously known as the Bauman–Eberhardt Center and the West Pine Gym, is a multi-purpose cultural center in St. Louis, Missouri. The building initially opened in 1920 as an arena, and was used for this purpose by Saint Louis University until Chaifetz Arena finished construction in 2008. After extensive renovation, the building became the Center for Global Citizenship in the fall of 2013.It was home of the Saint Louis University Billikens men's basketball team until the Kiel Auditorium opened in 1934. The building also hosted the Saint Louis University Billikens women's basketball team from 1920 to 2008. which played its final season at that facility during the 2007–2008 season. After that, the program moved into the new Chaifetz Arena at the start of the 2008–2009 season.The building is now home to SLU's Center of Global Citizenship, which opened in 2013.

The Saint Louis University Museum of Art is the formal art museum for Saint Louis University. It is located at 3663 Lindell Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri and is also known as Doris O'Donnell Hall.

The Saint Louis University School of Social Work is established in 1930 and continually accredited since 1933, the school offers students and faculty an opportunity to follow the Jesuit tradition of being "women and men for others."
