Indian Camp Creek Park

Indian Camp Creek is a stream in northeast Warren County and northwest St. Charles County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of Big Creek. The stream headwaters arise just south of Interstate 70 and 1.5 miles east of Truesdale. The stream flows north and east passing under Missouri Route J and is impounded south of the Incline Village Golf Course at the Warren-St. Charles county line. The stream turns north and enters Big Creek at the St. Charles-Lincoln county line just west of US Route 61.Indian Camp Creek was named so named on account of an Indian settlement near its course.

Towne Park is a public park in Foristell, Missouri. It is operated by St. Charles County. The park, which opened on May 11, 2012, is named for the Towne family, who donated the land. It is the 10th park in the St. Charles County Parks system. The park features a historic home, trails, a playground, a pond, and a nature classroom. The nature explore classroom is certified by the Dimensions Educational Research Foundation and The Arbor Day Foundation.

Mid-America Raceway was a road racing circuit and Dragstrip, located in Wentzville, Missouri, built in 1964, and used until 1992. It hosted various SCCA races, as well as Trans-Am and IMSA GT races. After the circuit was no longer being used, the 1,200 foot portion that doubled as a drag strip continued to be used until October 31st, 2004. In 2005, when it was sold to a developer, after facing years of hostility from the neighboring homes that had built on property adjoining the race track.

The stream headwaters arise at 38°54′50″N 90°56′08″W at an elevation of approximately 560 feet. The stream flows to the east-northeast passing under U.S. Route 61 approximately 1.5 miles south of Moscow Mills. The stream continues to the northeast to its confluence with Crooked Creek about one half mile upstream of Crooked Creek's confluence with the Cuivre River. The confluence is at 38°55′47″N 90°53′18″W at an elevation of 436 feet.Butcher Creek is a corruption of Buecher, the German surname of a pioneer citizen.

Old Rock House, also known as Shapley Ross House, is a historic home located at Moscow Mills, Lincoln County, Missouri. It was built between about 1818 and 1821, and is a two-story, five-bay, Classical Revival style squared rubble limestone dwelling, with a two-story rear ell added about 1870. The house measures 56 feet, 6 inches, wide and 46 feet, 3 1/2 inches, deep.: 2 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
