Acciano

Molina Aterno is a comune and town in the province of L'Aquila in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. The name derives from Latin molina ("mill"), the second part having been added in 1889 due to the presence of the Aterno river. The portion of the river that enters the lake is known as the Tasso. The Sagittario flows north through the Appennino Abruzzese near Villalago, Bugnara, Sulmona and Pratola Peligna. It enters the Aterno-Pescara near Raiano and Popoli on the border with the province of Pescara.
