The Grand Hotel is a former pub located at Broadway, Railway Square, in the suburb of Haymarket, Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The hotel was established in 1849 and demolished in 1983, where it was situated at 815-821 George Street, Haymarket and backed onto Bijou Lane as its rear entrance. The Grand Hotel was later replaced by a $3.6 million motel development complex which included retail shops. Some of the original structure remains at the back but from the front it is totally unrecognisable from its original look.

Berlei House, now known as Curtin House, is an Inter-war Art Deco-style building located at 39-47 Regent Street, Chippendale, in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. The concrete building with six floors was built for Berlei United Limited in the early 1920s and occupied by Berlei in 1922.It is considered an architecturally significant building, and is a key part of a proposed heritage area in and around South Regent Street.The building has been renovated and is now being used by Curtin University.

Atlassian Central is a skyscraper in Sydney, Australia, currently under construction and located next to Sydney's main transport hub, Sydney Central Railway Station. Designed by SHoP Architects and BVN Architecture, the building will rise 42 stories to a height of 183 meters. Once completed, it will be the tallest hybrid timber structure in the world, built using a combination of mass timber, concrete, and steel. The design features a glass and steel exoskeleton, planted terraces, and an innovative natural ventilation system. The building will house Atlassian's headquarters and also include spaces dedicated to YHA Australia, which will occupy the lower five floors with its 500-bed “co-living” accommodation.

The Goods Line is an 800 m-long (2,625 ft) linear park and shared pedestrian pathway and cycleway in the suburb of Ultimo, in the City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The corridor connects Railway Square to Darling Harbour in the south and passes both the University of Technology Sydney Broadway campus and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Sydney head office. Orchard's Chambers, also known as Orchard's Corner and Orchard's Building, is a commercial building in Railway Square in the central business district of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The building was constructed in 1910 and 1911 to house Richard Orchard's watchmaking and jewellery business, after the original building was demolished to make way for the extension of Quay Street to George Street. It was designed by Sydney architect Ernest Lindsay Thompson.Orchard's Chambers was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 14 December 2012.
