École Maïmonide

D'Arcy-McGee is a provincial electoral district in the Montreal region of the province of Quebec, Canada, that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. It consists of the cities of Côte-Saint-Luc and Hampstead and part of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough of the city of Montreal. It is the only provincial electoral district in Quebec with a Jewish plurality. It is considered to be one of the safest districts in Quebec for the Liberals; in the 2014 provincial election the Liberals garnered 92% of the vote, making it the most secure seat in the province.It was created for the 1966 election from parts of the former Montréal-Outremont and Westmount–Saint-Georges electoral districts. The boundaries of the D'Arcy-McGee electoral district on the 2011 electoral map are identical to the previous boundaries. Following the 2017 redistribution, the riding will lose its territory in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce to the riding of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and will gain a large part of the Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood from Mont-Royal and Outremont. The riding was named after Thomas D'Arcy McGee, a Father of Confederation.

Hebrew Academy (Hebrew: מִדְרָשָׁה עִבְרִית, French: Académie Hébraïque) is a Modern Orthodox Jewish day school in Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec, Canada. The school aims to provide an intensive program of Jewish studies integrated with a strong secular education.

Wagar High School was a high school at 5785 Parkhaven Avenue in Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec, Canada. It opened its doors in 1963 as part of the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal (PSBGM) and closed in 2005 as part of the English Montreal School Board (EMSB). At its peak in the mid-70s, Wagar's population topped out at over 1,700 students, despite its having been built to accommodate 1,100. The school was named after Roy Wagar, a school board official. Wagar died during his speech at Monkland High School's graduation ceremony just a year before Wagar High School opened its doors. Over many years, particularly in the 70s, Wagar High School enjoyed a reputation for high academic achievement, consistently scoring at the top of the provincial rankings, and regularly eclipsing teams from rival high schools such as West Hill, Mount Royal, Loyola, Father MacDonald and others, in the CBC Television quiz show "Reach For The Top". After years of declining enrollment, Wagar High School was closed in 2005. The Wagar building was renamed The Giovanni Palatucci Facility on May 16, 2006, after a World War II hero who risked and eventually gave his life to save 5000 Jews. This was especially fitting because of the large percentage of Jewish students at Wagar during most of its history. The school board is attempting to reopen the high school for the 2011–12 school year, as a sports specialty school.The building was reopened as John Grant High School.

John Grant High School (French: École secondaire John Grant) is a high school located in Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec, Canada and a part of the English Montreal School Board (EMSB). It was previously a part of the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal.

J&R Kosher Meat and Delicatessen is a Montreal kosher butcher and delicatessen established in 1952 by Robert Nemes, a Holocaust survivor and immigrant from Romania. It is currently at 5800 Cavendish Blvd in the heart of the city's Jewish community. J&R is the oldest and one of the most famous remaining kosher meat shops in Montreal. The store delivers its meat throughout Quebec and Ontario, and ships throughout the rest of Canada.

Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem (Hebrew: ק״ק תפארת בית דוד ירושלים‬), also known as the Baily Shul, is an Modern Orthodox synagogue in Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec, a suburb of Montreal. It was established in 1965 with the merger of Congregations Beth David and Tifereth Jerusalem, founded in 1886 and 1904, respectively.

Adath Israel, officially the Adath Israel–Poale Zedek–Anshei Ozeroff Congregation (Hebrew: ק״ק עדת ישראל–פועלי צדק–אנשי אזשעראוו‬), is an Modern Orthodox synagogue located in Hampstead, Quebec, a suburb of Montreal. Until 1980 it was located in the city of Outremont (now a borough of Montreal).

Côte-Saint-Luc Road (officially in French: chemin de la Côte-Saint-Luc) is a street on the island of Montreal. It dates back to the French regime and used to comprise what is now Queen Mary Road. It begins at the Meadowbrook Golf Club in Côte-Saint-Luc and extends east to the Westmount border, where it joins The Boulevard. Along the way, it defines the border between the Montreal borough of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce on the south and the cities of Hampstead and Côte-Saint-Luc on the north.

Loyola is a residential district of the Borough Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce within the City of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is one of five districts of the borough. In 2011, it had a population of 36,984 of which only 17% spoke French in the home.

Montreal West (French: Montréal-Ouest) is an on-island suburb in southwestern Quebec, Canada, on the Island of Montreal. Montreal West is a small, close-knit community made up primarily of single-family dwellings. The town is largely composed of families, with 77% of the population speaking English as their primary language at home, the highest percentage on the island. Sherbrooke Street, a major artery spanning most of the Island of Montreal, has its western terminus here, beginning at a T-intersection with the town's main street, Westminster Avenue.
