It was designed by John Burcham Clamp and built during 1924 by Burcham Clamp and Finch. It is also known as Cadbury-Fry Building and Lawson Menzies Building. The property is owned by Property NSW, an agency of the Government of New South Wales. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 10 May 2002.

St Philip Parish is one of the 57 parishes of Cumberland County, New South Wales, a cadastral unit for use on land titles. It is located on the western part of the original colony at Sydney Cove, which was to the west of the Tank Stream. It is one of the four small parishes in the Sydney city area (together with St Andrew, St Lawrence and St James) and is named after the church of St Philip's. It includes the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point. It was designed by Peddle Thorp & Walker Architects and built in 1930 by John Grant and Sons, Master Builders. It was also known as Sports House from 1978–1991. The building is owned by Denwol, a property group owned and controlled by Phillip Wolanski AM. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 10 May 2002.

It was designed by Walter Liberty Vernon with the assistance of E. L. Drew and built from 1911 to 1912. The property is owned by Property NSW, an agency of the Government of New South Wales. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 10 May 2002.

Grosvenor Place is a commercial office tower in George Street, Sydney, Australia, which was designed by renowned architect Harry Seidler.
