The Longos Flyover, also known as Longos Coastal Flyover is a flyover located in Bacoor, Cavite, along Aguinaldo Boulevard. It forms part of the Longos coastal road section and serves as a key elevated junction providing access between Aguinaldo Boulevard and the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX). The Longos Flyover is a 382-meter road section located in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. It forms part of Aguinaldo Boulevard and is maintained by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) through its Cavite 3rd District Engineering Office. The flyover provides an elevated connection and traffic access between Aguinaldo Boulevard and the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX). In DPWH records, the infrastructure section is officially identified as "Longos Coastal Flyover Plus 1st Approach Road," referring to the flyover structure together with its initial approach road segment connecting Aguinaldo Boulevard to CAVITEX. In 2021, major construction and traffic management works were implemented around the Modified Zapote interchange area of the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), including the Kawit–Bacoor separator and Longos down ramp. As part of the scheme intended to improve traffic flow and lane capacity, counterflow traffic arrangements were introduced during peak hours, and the works were planned for completion by May 19, 2021. In November 2025, a portion of Longos Flyover, along with Alabang–Zapote Road from Las Piñas–Talaba Diversion Road to CAVITEX, was affected by scheduled power interruptions due to maintenance activities conducted by the Manila Electric Company (Meralco).

The Zapote Bridge, also known as the Zapote Coastal Bridge, is a road bridge in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. It forms part of the Bacoor–Las Piñas Exit Loop of the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), carrying vehicular traffic over the expressway toward Aguinaldo Highway, Alabang–Zapote Road, and the cities of Bacoor and Las Piñas. The Battle of Zapote River (Filipino: Labanan sa Ilog ng Zapote, Spanish: Batalla de Rio de Zapote), also known as the Battle of Zapote Bridge, was fought on the 13 June 1899 between 1,200 Americans and between 4,000~5,000 Filipinos. It was the second largest battle of the Philippine–American War after the Battle of Manila five months before in February 1899. Zapote River separates the town of Las Piñas in what was then Manila province from Bacoor in the province of Cavite. The ruins of Zapote Bridge still stands next to its replacement bridge on Aguinaldo Highway.

Zapote Bridge is a stone arch pedestrian bridge crossing the Zapote River in the Philippines. It connects the cities of Las Piñas in Metro Manila and Bacoor in the province of Cavite. The bridge and its surrounding area was the site of two battles, the Battle of Zapote Bridge (1897) between Filipino revolutionaries and the Spanish colonial government in 1897 during the Philippine Revolution, and the Battle of Zapote River between Filipino and American forces in 1899 during the Philippine–American War. Because of these historic events, the bridge was designated as a National Historical Landmark by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines on September 9, 2013.A modern concrete bridge, also named Zapote Bridge, carrying motorized vehicles and part of Aguinaldo Highway was constructed parallel to the original bridge.

Bacoor (IPA: [bakoʔˈoɾ]), officially the City of Bacoor (Filipino: Lungsod ng Bacoor), is a 1st class component city in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 664,625 people, making it the 15th most populous city in the Philippines and the second largest city in the province of Cavite after Dasmariñas.

The Manila–Cavite Expressway (more popularly known as CAVITEX), signed as E3 of the Philippine expressway network and R-1 of Metro Manila's arterial road network, is a 14-kilometer-long (8.7 mi) controlled-access toll expressway linking Manila to the southern province of Cavite in the Philippines. At its north end, it feeds into and from Roxas Boulevard in the city of Parañaque in Metro Manila, also part of R-1. At the south end, it splits into two termini, both along the north coast in Kawit, Cavite. The first feeds into the intersection of Tirona Highway and Antero Soriano Highway. The second southern terminus is on the intersection of Tirona Highway, Antero Soriano Highway and Covelandia Road in Kawit, Cavite. The expressway also serves as a major utility corridor, carrying various high voltage power lines and water pipelines across the densely populated areas of Parañaque and Las Piñas. The final section of the Dasmariñas–Las Piñas Transmission Line and Las Piñas substation of National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) were placed beside the highway. Meralco also has subtransmission lines on tall steel poles placed along the highway, and Maynilad also has pipelines along the route. CAVITEX is operated and maintained by the Public Estates Authority Tollway Corporation (PEATC), a non-chartered government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC), a subsidiary of the Public Estates Authority (PEA), a government agency under the Office of the President, and is in a joint venture with the Cavite Infrastructure Corporation, a unit of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC).

Talaba station is an optional proposed station on the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 1. The station will be located at the intersection of Aguinaldo Highway and Evangelista Street in Talaba III, Bacoor. Line 1 plan calls for an almost entirely elevated extension of approximately 11.7 km. The extension will have 8 passenger stations, with an option for 2 future stations (Manuyo Uno and Talaba), all intended to be constructed above-ground. As of April 30, 2024, the Phase 1 is 98.2% complete. DOTR Executive Assistant Jonathan Gesmundo announced the construction of 8 additional stations to the current 20 LRT-1 stations, with partial operations of LRT-1 Cavite Extension expected in 4th quarter of 2024. Meanwhile, Phases 2 and 3 will begin operations by 2031.

Padre Diego Cera Avenue, or simply Diego Cera Avenue, is a major north-south collector road in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a four-lane undivided arterial running parallel to the Manila–Cavite Expressway to the west from Manuyo Uno at Las Piñas' border with Parañaque in the north to Zapote near the border with Bacoor in the south. It is a continuation of Elpidio Quirino Avenue from Parañaque and was originally a segment of Calle Real in Las Piñas. The road is a component of the National Route 62 (N62) of the Philippine highway network and Radial Road 2 (R-2) of Manila's arterial road network. The avenue marks the original shoreline of Manila Bay in Las Piñas as it existed during the Spanish colonial period. Prior to the construction of the Coastal Road in 1985, the road served as the highway linking Manila with Cavite and other southern provinces. The Manila Bay shoreline is currently about 400 to 600 meters (1,300 to 2,000 ft) to the west. The road is situated in the Las Piñas historical corridor being home to the city's oldest structures such as the Las Piñas Church, the Las Piñas Gabaldon Hall, and the old Las Piñas District Hospital. It was named for Fray Diego Cera de la Virgen del Carmen (1762–1832), the Spanish missionary from Huesca who designed and built the Bamboo Organ in 1824.
