St. Norbert Provincial Park (French: Parc provincial du patrimoine de Saint-Norbert) is a park in the St. Norbert area of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The park is 70,000 square metres (17 acres) in size.Designated a provincial park by the Government of Manitoba in 1976, it is considered to be a Class V protected area under the IUCN protected area management categories.

The La Salle is a river in Manitoba, Canada, with its source near Portage la Prairie and terminating in the Red River in Saint Norbert (southern Winnipeg). The La Salle River flows mainly through agricultural land. It is a slow-moving, meandering prairie river with variable depth. It is the primary river that flows throughout most of the rural municipality of Macdonald. On older maps, the river is named la Rivière Sale, la Rivière Salle, Salle River, or Stinking River.

St. Norbert (French: Saint-Norbert) is a bilingual (French and English) neighbourhood and the southernmost suburb of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. While outside the Perimeter Highway (the orbital road that surrounds most of Winnipeg), it is still part of the city. As of the 2016 Census, the population of St. Norbert is 5,850. The community is home to the St. Norbert Farmers' Market, drawing large crowds from Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Other attractions include the St. Norbert Provincial Heritage Park, and the St. Norbert Arts and Cultural Centre. St. Norbert is the closest community to the Red River Floodway gates. St. Norbert is also part of the larger Winnipeg city ward of St. Norbert - Seine River, which includes much of the Fort Garry South neighbourhood cluster and a small part of St. Vital. Federally, the area is part of the Winnipeg South electoral district; provincially, it is part of the Seine River district.

Richmond West (originally Fort Richmond West) is a suburb in the Waverley West area of southwest Winnipeg, Manitoba. The area was originally part of the Rural Municipality of Fort Garry, which was incorporated in 1912. Richmond West is located north of the Perimeter Highway, east of Waverley Street, west of Pembina Highway, and south of Bison Drive. Further, the CN Letellier line goes from north to south along the east side of its boundary and to Letellier, Manitoba.

Winnipeg South (French: Winnipeg-Sud) is a Canadian federal electoral district in Manitoba, Canada, that has been represented in the House of Commons of Canada from 1917 to 1979, and since 1988. It covers the southernmost part of the city of Winnipeg.
